Sounds like a battery problem to me. Not sure what to tell you except contact the sell and inform them of the problem and just maybe they will replace it for you.

Thanks, I figured it was probably the battery doing this. I bought it from strictlyejuice.com for a really good price. It works a hell of alot better than the blucig I started with! Lots n lots of vapage.

I hope they do replace it though, they've been good to me so far

Im pretty sure cause once I ordered I started reading on these forums about people buying them from SEJ.com so I sent them an email

I ordered the 510 a couple days from you guys and I read a couple places
that the batteries and atomizers are going bad after a few days. I seen on
the front page that you have had complaints about them and are taking care
of the problem. I just wanna be sure I'm not getting something faulty, cause
usually I wont go on with the returning and stuff. I will end up just
throwing it away. Thanks again

and this is what they sent back to me:
As for the kits and e-cigs. They are all now, manufactured by joyetech, and we will no longer be distributing 510s manufactured by SLB.

I still haven't got an email back from them teling me how they are going to fix this problem

It seems that the L2 kits from SEJ had problems with the batteries staying on after you release the button but, the led goes off so if you don't hear the "sizzle" from the atty you don't realize that the damn thing is still on.I had this problem with both batteries in the kit that I bought. It has been a little over a week since I contacted them and they tell me they are still waiting for the replacements to come in.

No you didn't, you bought from some very deceitful folks.

You could have gotten a true Joye 510 for $35 from the no BS, and well respected gals at CigNot.

I wish someone could post an image of an L2 battery or an original. Anyway to tell the difference? Dunno if I recieved L2's or original 510's, as I placed and recieved my order from them in the middle of all of the bad reports of the L2's sticking. Its been almost 2 weeks now, and havent had one stick yet......crossing fingers:)
