MAP Tanks vs Giantomizers

ok so what exactly is the difference between the two?

I been looking at the MAP tanks (what does MAP stand for???) but these new Giantomizers look better.

As far as I can tell the MAPs may be cheaper in the long run because you can switch out the atty for cheap?

MAP = Most Angry Pirate, he's the one that makes them, Clouds of Vapor sales them. I haven't tried either, I have 3 MAP tanks on the way though, I can't wait to try them.

ye, and COV has 5 Giantomizers for $50.

As far as I can tell they do the same thing but on the MAP you can replace the e2 for $5 unlike the Giantomizers which cost $10 to replace.

....the Giantomizers look better though.

I agree, it would look better on an ego type batt. but I've seen pics of the MAP on a p16 (which I have) and it looks like it was meant to be there.

you can also make your own replacement atties by cutting the tubing off of a xl ce2 I believe. that makes it a hell of a lot cheaper. but I'll buy mine pre-cut.

ok so you'd still have to buy e2's to make the replacement so $5 no matter what ? The actual MAP should last a while so in the long run it would be alot cheaper.

Mabe he'll make a sleeve w/window for it.

one big difference is the map will fit most devices, while the giantomizer is made specifically for the ego batts.

So you cant put the Giant on any 510 device? If it fits on an ego why not? you need a 510>510 adaptor?

Thanks Ejoker, now my question is how do these compare to the ego-t. it's about time for another atty or two, if I can double the liquid I'd be a happy camper! I use the p16 at home and the ego-t at work and on the go.

you would for mods, it works just a bit airy. I have an abundance of the little charging adapters and I use the ego tanks on my mod sometimes.

I dont know your experience with the tank but mine wasnt that great, until recently I carried my tank for work, when I had to be out and about meeting clients. I hate fooling with the blasted tank attys. I can only seem to get 1ml of good vapor then its too dry or flooded or mutes the taste so bad its like smoking an analog. Im on day 3 of giantomisers and really think this is going to replace them as my "work horse" just because of the ease and appearance. I cut the rubber cap on mine just a bit for my VG juices, other than that Im on 3 fill ups on both of mine and no problems yet.

As for map tanks I love mine on my infinity. I get a little bit thicker vape but not much, i can use my favorite drip tim in stead of the rubber tip on the giant, because it seems to be required to cover the filling hole as seen here GIANTOMISERS!! - My map is a little more peculiar looking to people as well. With the tank or giantomiser its easy to give a short explanation, where as the map tank seems to freak people out or I have to explain it in depth.. I love my map tank but am quite happy with the giantomiser as well its really a preference youll have to try to see the difference
