I heard lot of good things about mlv and thus started doing business. For the first couple of times I shared with my friend for the ejuice.

1st delivery came fine but did take more than 10 days although we live in Ottawa.
2nd delivery took 7 days. One of the eliquids requested was 70% PG and 30% VG and instead sent to us was 30% PG and 70% VG. My friend has sent emails but have not received any reply yet. Also, the bccvape atomizer were completely missing from the order.
3rd delivery: I ordered it this Saturday and today is Wednesday. The email transfer was taken on Monday morning and since then the website shows my order as processing.

As this is my start with these deliveries so I wanted to know if this is normal times and also this kind of misplaced orders and no answer emails or are we the unlucky ones.

I have to say that mapleleafvapes ave very good juices and want to stick with them but the speed and customer service is nto upto the mark.

I'm lucky enough to live close enough to go there in person. Then again, when I went last Saturday, I mistimed my arrival, and showed up 20 minutes before opening time...and then learned that they were opening 20 minutes late that day, due to a cross-up over who was suppose to open the store.

Sounds like MLV might be a little disorganized, but I can live with this, because I love their e-liquids and they're really great people to deal with in person.

FWIW I emailed MLV about the sale last week, and got a reply with a couple hours.

One of my colleague who has been using them from quite sometime has told me that they used to be much more better before but I guess they are getting too busy but less people to work.

I ordered twice from there in 2013 and that is the extent of my MLV experience. Times were reasonable.

I got a reply from them and they said that they are very busy. I think I started with them at busy times especially right now they have sale extended. So my order will ship either the end of this week or start of this week but I will get it by the end or start of next week. I think I would personally like it to be 5 businesss days from the order to shipped at max.

Delivery times have been quite acceptable, shipping to the West Coast. However I am usually careful to leave plenty of time, before I run out, as they are my favorite juice vendor!

Placed an order Sunday night. Payment went through Monday morning. Still says processing. Fingers crossed they ship by Monday. Does anyone know how long it takes to ship? I live in London. I ordered it last Saturday and it says shipped this Friday. Will be getting it on Tuesday next week. I think you should be more worried if the order is not sent right. For one of my friend ordered the eliquid which came with the wrong pg/vg concentration. My friend has sent about 4 to 5 emails and have not received even a reply. But I have to say if the order is sent right then this is the best liquid I have had in Canada.

I ordered 2 sample packs since I have not tried many juices. That's 3-3ml and 3-10ml. That's alot of mixing for one order so I am trying to be patient.

The day after I placed an order, I sent an email regarding a discount code I had forgot to add. I got a reply within a day and the order was fixed without a problem They also mentioned in their reply that they were "insanely busy". I remember reading in a post somewhere that they were temporarily closed for a few days that prior week due to a delay in receiving their supply orders. With that said, I bet they have a lot of back orders to catch up on. Goes to show that they have some of the best juice in Canada! I haven't tried any yet, of course, but heard nothing but good reviews from them. Can't wait!!! I will update again when my order ships.

My guess is they're very busy with both retail and wholesale orders and not staffed "appropriately" to handle.

Order shipped yesterday 02/12/2014, will be delivered today 02/13/2014 So, that was 10 days in processing (8 business days since closed on weekends)

Just for a bit of info, I know that MLV had a shipment of nic seized at the border and that put them way behind, I believe that it was around the same time that the OP was having issues. They are also very busy and have been trying to hire some more staff so hopefully things will get sorted out soon.

I have last week and my stuff showed up in 3-4 days. I am in Ontario. I ordered twice with them and it was about the same both times. The other time was in March of this year. I have emailed them and received a reply.
