I heard lot of good things about mlv and thus started doing business. For the first couple of times I shared with my friend for the ejuice.
1st delivery came fine but did take more than 10 days although we live in Ottawa.
2nd delivery took 7 days. One of the eliquids requested was 70% PG and 30% VG and instead sent to us was 30% PG and 70% VG. My friend has sent emails but have not received any reply yet. Also, the bccvape atomizer were completely missing from the order.
3rd delivery: I ordered it this Saturday and today is Wednesday. The email transfer was taken on Monday morning and since then the website shows my order as processing.
As this is my start with these deliveries so I wanted to know if this is normal times and also this kind of misplaced orders and no answer emails or are we the unlucky ones.
I have to say that mapleleafvapes ave very good juices and want to stick with them but the speed and customer service is nto upto the mark.
