Oh wow.. Every few months I get a nice 10-13# liver and prep it, freeze some for later and eat fresh liver the first night. I love liver and I dont pay anything for it so that a plus!

Will take the steak over liver any day. Of course I live in Texas so we have a few steaks laying around or grazing.

Its been pretty quiet in my neck of the woods. Just coasting by riding the peaceful life right now.

I am doing okay, just a ten hour day today lol

Whoa! That's a long day....is that typical?

It can be. We have done a 14 hour day, that is the record. Summer brings longer days with bigger deadlines. So 9-10 can be normal.

Yes it is rough and when it is 110 degrees outside and 140+ in the attics it wears on your body very badly
