2) And if let's the items is discounted, there would still be 15% or 20% once our cart hits the total amount mentioned?

Yes. we just restocked them last friday. hopefully they can support a few days. we expect to get more colored ones in stock in a week.

we expect to get Dekang tobacco ejuice back in stock Monday. They were supposed to get here last friday. but they were delayed because of bad weather.

HC RY4 11mg (PG) is back in stock now.
