Mark, just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to talk to me today and get the last of my battery woes taken care of. Looking forward to getting the replacement battery so I have a full arsenal of working bats! :D

I know you were probably very busy but you let me bend your ear for quite a while talking about a variety of things including the trick of using a flat 901 mouthpiece on these cartos. Just wanted to let you know I appreciate your time and I'll have to make the hour drive up next month to visit that operation you guys have there.

I am assuming you can tell by my initials in my user name who I am. LOL

;) I know who you are. I honestly love talking to customers. We are working on freeing up more of my time to actually talk to customers. It has been so crazy lately that I haven't done that as much as I like to.

seriously though. you helped me out big time on xmas eve to sort out a gift cert issue--you guys are OBVIOUSLY really putting in some hours both at the office and on here to answer questions... i mean, of course, this is a business, so it's not like... charity. but i know plenty of "businessmen" who don't have the time to be patient, to not question the customer's intent, to reassure customers... i mean, you were more concerned about when to get in touch with me on xmas eve because you didn't wanna interrupt my plans--nevermind us all bugging you on your day off, lol.

Well I just felt really bad about that. There was a weird glitch in our system and I did NOT want it to ruin a Christmas gift. I was feeling pretty crappy (sick) last week, but the couple of days of laying low really helped me. I'm just sorry I wasn't around more Christmas Eve/Day. I had to play catch up on Saturday.
