Actually Altria who owns Phillip Morris. They are behind the curve but I would imagine they will catch up vey quickly with their deep pockets, actually, the deepest. All of the current companies better start innovating and building a loyal customer base because we know what Altria will do. They'll perfect a product and sell it cheaper, pull a lot of customers over, forcing the smaller companies out of business, then raise prices, locking people into Phillip Morris brand. It's SOP for big business. I hate to say it but, I'll end up wherever there's quality and ample supply. It's SOP for small business.

Yea i think its hard to keep E Liquid in constant stock for the average ecig company. My husband and I tend to be super loyal to our ejuice suppliers. We have not tried many, but we are still with the same few we started with.

Personally I rather be patient and find a substitute supplier while waiting for stock. I would hate to to see Phillip Morris have any cut of ECig revenue EVER. I rather give cash to hard working small business. Another reason ecigs are awesome, so much new monies going to the right people. Its hard when your desired eliquid is yet again outta stock, but i can only imagine from their end, they are doing what they can do to keep us happy customers.

I will remain loyal to the vendors I have chosen as long as legally and financially possible.

I will be loyal to whomever gives me the best quality and service. As a distributor I know I need to make my product available to my customers with the least disruption of their normal lives. It doesn't take much for someone to say "screw this, smoking cigarettes is easier" My supplier has been out of menthol 24 liquid for a month and a half. While this is the longest delay this year, it is not the first. Because of this, I've learned how to make my own liquid.. With big tobacco entering the marketplace and the FDC making a ruling on e-cigs in October, the landscape will change drastically. In the end, the company with the best customer service will come out on top.
