I took an old plastic drip tip and plugged the tip with steel epoxy putty. After it cured I drilled a 1/16" hole in to match the size of the air intake on an RSST. Equal in vapor production but very noticeably more flavor. I would think that having a larger hole in the drip tip might cause some kind of negative pressure that may impede flow. Pretty nice return for very little effort. :vapor:

I would suggest having the drip tip hole slightly larger than the inlet hole. The pressure in the chamber is a good thing. My sweet spot is 1.5mm in, 2.0 out.

Tried your suggestion. I think I prefer the same size. The cape seems richer somehow. I am going to do my other drip tips. Definitely makes a difference.

I've changed my mind. Just a tad larger is the best to me. I've converted all of mine now. Easy to do for good results.
