I really like the auto switch from my 901. the battery sucks. the atomizers are showing 3.8 ohms or so. I was thinking that if I used two 3v life4poe rcr123a batts, and an led with resistor, that the working voltage would be around 4.8 or so. I was also thinking that the watts would be around 8 or so.

Does this sound like a decent setup for a mod that might get me through the day, with a similar hit as my pass-through?

4.8 volts and 3.8 ohms will get you around 6 watts. My DSE 901 attys are rated at 3.4ohms and do great on a 5 volt mod pulling @7.3 watts.
