Orachel!!! YAY, you made it, so happy you dropped by :)

I am a Jew too. I make Matzoh ball soup and Kugel and brisket to die for. Not too into the religion part of it, but I love the culture. The Jewish god is just a little scary to me. If I feel like getting religion, I love going to church and singing. And I like going to meditate at Buddist temples. So sue me :)

I'm sort of in drive by mode on ecf last few days, but I promise I'll come back and play a bit when I'm up to it.

C'on in, da water's fine. Please tell me that you dance! Mookie spoiled my last dance floor encounter...

BTW, I'm an American and bleed red, white and blue. That's all anyone needs to know 'bout me... da rest is gravy!

My Ego Adapter works on both the Stardust and the Phoenix, no issues at all, same connection I dont see how this can be unless there are some bootleg adapter's out there that have been made slightly different, maybe some vendors have bootleg or cheap Ego like adapters

All I know is there are different one's out there (eGo adapters) from different manufacturers for sure. I've tried 2 from reputable vendors.

When I 1st got some Stardusts from GotVapes, I also got one of their inexpensive eGo adapters - wouldn't work with the Stardust. Got one at about 2x the price from ProVape and it's worked with all our Stardusts.

I've tried 3 (all I have) Phoenix tanks with the ProVape adapter and even a couple 1.5ml Phoenix carto's screwed into it and none of them fire.

My wife rotates 6 Joye eGo batts, 3 of them do not work with her 3ml Phoenix tanks. All 6 of her batts work fine with Stardusts, Boge Carto's and io6 attys.

I'm drawing the conclusion it may be the specs of the Phoenix more than the adapters.

I got my cheapo adapter from vaporalley. I will try it tomorrow with the Phoenix 3ml tank after work....assume that's what you mean, as the regular phoenix doesn't need one.

How's that Phoenix working out for you? I'm on my second one. First one split at the drip tip. I think it was a combination of too snug a fit on the tip I was using and banging it on the counter to get the center tube out lol. It lasted a week and one day. Guts were still perfect.

Have seen a few comments from people saying they cracked the phoenix tube using their own drip tips.

The adapter I have that doesn't work is from ProVape....so don't think it is bootleg. Weird thing is...it works on a lavatube, but not on the ProVari. The one I got from Vapor Alley, for 1/3 the price....works on everything so far. Only thing I haven't tried is the 3ml Phoenix....which I will definitely try tomorrow night.

I have no intention to be confrontational nor judgmental. But I do ever so much appreciate the difference twix the two POVs above!

You left off the part where I said: Not meant to be a lecture, honest, just adding in my 2 cents.

The way you posted this you make me out to be some kind of unfeeling, stone throwing heathen. That's the farthest from the truth. You also didn't wait for me to reply to his question to me before selecting your bullet points.

elbertdee and I were about to have, what I considered, an adult conversation before this was posted. Apparently that's not going to happen now.

I thought it was interesting that he & I are, in some ways, quite the same yet each of us identifies more publicly as one side of the coin than the other. After the response to your post, I'm sorry that this had to turn out the way it did.

I will now bow out.

OK, MikeE3 and I have found a couple of learning aids for our fond 'seasoned' friends...

Sorry, no idea where to get 'em other than here on line via post-by-post tracking! Stay tuned in...

Iffy, if they become available to the general public, I would be interested in the ECF Survival Guide for Seniors. It's about this time that I most interested in surviving as a senior. I'll take all the help I can get.

Off on another day, folks. Check with you later. And, Sandy, every now and then you have to water the thread or it will wilt. :)

dg, how in da world did I do that?!? I was showing the difference twix two souls with shared beliefs and how they respond, or do not respond. You 'read' something that I did not write!

One soul, as an informal educator, responds to cultural insensitivity or ignorance by teaching.

One soul suffers such incidents silently and stoically while building self-control.

Which soul is to be judged right or wrong by another? Ergo, my "no intention to be confrontational nor judgmental" statement. Maybe you didn't read or even believe that statement while you quoted it.

I don't BS folk, for I have no need to. When composing serious posts, I'm quite capable of saying what I mean and want others to comprehend. If I was so inclined, I could accuse you of calling me a liar, at worst; or insincere, at best. See how that works...

I publicly apologize if you misread my observations, for it's obvious I didn't live up to my own expectation. Mea culpa!
