Someone just sent me this wonderful photo of me from Vapercon. I'm Mrs. Santa and I have no idea who is on my lap. Yup, there was way too much drinking going on! 
Mookie, when I was a kid, one of my classmates fell into our Blackstone River, swallowed a mouthful of water and ended up in the hospital for a couple of weeks.
The waste that had been dumped into that river for 100 years was so bad that there was foam on the river. It's pretty much cleaned up now and people fish in there.

Yeah, it helps a LOT when your doctor has a good personality and especially a sense of humor cuz it makes going seem so much less disagreeable! I always get so keyed up before an appt., but not for him anymore.
You are so smart, you figgered it! Pussie! LOL! My pussie is trying to put holes in my thigh! He was originally a feral cat, an older kitten, and we caught him and got him "tutored" (we didn't want to tell him "neutered", you know how guys are about their stuff) and over time he kind of warmed up to us, along with another one my DH found and brought here. So we let him in now and he loves the attentions and getting pet and all, but he is still afraid of getting picked up. He will come over and dig his claws into my thigh like he wants me to pick him up, but if I try he backs off. He's getting better though...he will come onto the couch and sit on my lap as long as he does it himself. He (LB..little blue) is very handsome...all silver-gray with emerald eyes. We have 2 house pussies...Emily, a very sweet but skittish tortoiseshell semi-long hair, and Munkee, a FAT azz tabby who sleeps on his back all day long. He isn't thrilled about LB coming in the house because he might eat his food ya know! I swear he has got to weigh over 25 lbs. He is big and fat! He is my husband's cat all the way too, he adores him. He has all these little quirky love things he does only with him, like nibbles on his eyebrows! Don't ask! He licks his eyelids, bites his arms, he can't sit anywhere without Munkee sitting on him. They're inseparable. What is really odd is the old man never comes home at the same time, but the cat will go to the door five minutes before he gets here every single day! I don't know how he does it, but he does. Very mysterious! The cat always gets greeted before I do. And just as much as Munkee is his cat, Emily is mine. She trusts me 100%, but hides from everyone else until she senses I'm ok with them. She's so funny! Enuff pussie talk.
