I got my tip super fast and it looks and feels excellent. Thanks kcos. My only question is that it kinda comes out with very little Effort with my zap tank. Is it supposed to come out with just a slight tug? Anything I can do to remedy this? Thanks!!

Oh so sorry .... most of the tips fit tight. You can try a bigger o ring or alittle dental floss under the o ring. Or if you want to send it back for a replacement. Just let me know. what kind did you get ?

I got the SS shorty. Ill try to wrap it with dental floss like you said and if it doesn't work ill send it back. What's the best way to contact you for RMA in case I have to go that route? Thank you
