They are not glued in.

They do have a hard cap that is very easy to remove so no worry's about refilling.
We do offer a free cart removal tool just just type cart tool in the comments section.

We already sold out of the soft caps sorry.

They are price to move

We are only selling them this cheap because it was a special order and we have to many. All our other cartomizers are all USA Made E juice. So we cannot add it to our stock.
