It snowed here last night....only a dusting on the ground though. According to the weather folks, this is the last hurrah for this winter. Next week the highs will be in the 50's and 60's and by the weekend it may actually hit the 70's.

Our snow from the other day just finally melted yesterday. Today it's 60 and by Sunday they're saying 70 for us, too! Next week there could be snow again, who knows? We had a 70 several weeks ago, then 3 days later we got a foot of snow and it stayed for quite a while. Spring in South Dakota is hard.

Ah. It's ok, my confusion is nothing out of the ordinary for today's task.

I'm a bit brain dead at the moment. We have a "junk room" instead of a junk drawer and I'm in the process of trying to clean it out and reclaim it as the office it was meant to be. Got a big pile of stuff we don't use anymore tagged for the thrift store and several garbage bags of stuff they won't take already in the truck.

Currently going through my old stuff from when I did Pure Romance parties trying to figure out what I can sell on eBay and Craigslist and what needs to be dumped.

Please, someone shoot me.

That was a fun roadtrip! Jake and I played whats that movie score song on the way down, then picked up Ronan, stopped at sonic for some noms [finally!! that's one of the things I really miss about Oklahoma, they were everywhere, no we gotta drive a hour to get to one.], then listened to Neil Gaiman children books on the way home. he did children books! and they are great, especially 'the wolves in the walls'.

Yep.

Nope.

I admitted defeat. In celebration of my defeat, we went out to dinner at the local brew pub. They just tapped their spring seasonal "apple" ale, an apricot, sorghum, rice and honey blend. Super tasty and gluten free!

Best place to buy beer ever. Made in house, only five that stay year round, everything else is seasonal. Sells and refills growlers (2L jugs). Guess what we brought home? :D
