True. I just hate that it kind of lets them off the hook. If they didn't give you back your money they would be on the hook for the mod. Grrrrrr.

You'd be surprised....they can't be forced to comply...all buyers can do is leave bad feedback and it would take over a month.

I found them from a US vendor for $42, and you know they were not giving them away. So what does "barely making a profit" mean? That at $62 they only get $40 profit from each? This whole thing is a load of BS! If they try to pull any crap on me like they have done with Mary Jo, they are going to lose their Ebay status and I am pretty sure PayPal will stop doing business with them too. They advertising globally at $9 and, no matter what their loss, they damn well are gonna honor that or be out of business.

PayPal doesn't play like eBay....PayPal is already on it!

I agree 100%. The whole reason Ebay's policy is set up the way it is is to avoid the buyer having to go through this exact scenario. All of the responsibility falls to the seller. I was VERY careful when I sold on Ebay and I knew what the price would be for a bad listing. It would all fall on me! I wouldn't have dreamt of guilting a buyer into accepting a refund and there is no way in h e doublehockeysticks I would have LIED! This is the kind of thing that makes my blood boil. Either know what you are doing or don't sell on Ebay. Period.

Nope, Ebay's policy is very clear about that kind of thing. There is language all throughout the process that says that the seller is responsible for a bad listing the entire time the listing is up. They have to comply or they get banned. It doesn't matter where the seller is located, and it is their responsibility to know the rules. I saw it happen a couple of times when I was very active selling on Ebay. Even if the seller gets banned you still get refunded through PayPal but there is always the chance that the seller wants to stay active so they send the product. I bet you aren't the only one they pulled this with. Hopefully Ebay gets more complaints. If not, they only have your case to impact their rating, and if you get refunded through PayPal they don't really have any negative consequences for lying and flat out extortion. It's just wrong.

Red, I am working on a strawberry yogurt I cannot believe I did not get a blueberry flavoring lol I want to make a blueberry yogurt vape. When I am allowed I am going to get more of a few flavorings I got little bottles of, because I love the peanut butters, bananas, creamy yogurt, and strawberry alot! Next time I want to try the ripe strawberry too.

I've sold on eBay, too...but there has been so many changes...I didn't want this dragging out forever. I'm done with them

Okay @USMCotaku I forgot that vaping Bogan had to take the cover off of the base to show the chip (in the video he did) so I can't get a picture of it. The tiny directions say not to remove the cover, but there is a shot of it in VB's video. It's about 3/4 of the way through, I think. I have a hard time watching his videos because of his language or I would go look it up. Once was enough for me, though. Sorry about the dog hair. You can blame Lhattie for jumping on me when i was trying to get a picture, lol.
