Mornin Reb

Morning....getting ready for next round of storms. I'm soooooo done with this weather. I'm about to drug Blizz, too. He got me up about 5, and has been just pacing and whining to go out, even as he's outside! This weather isn't helping his joints, either. I wish he'd just pick a spot and settle down!

Morning all.

Red, just zap him a good one with a buzz stick. It'll give him the energy to go potty and then he'll pass out for a couple hours. :pop:
I'm thinking about it...lol....he goes out, goes potty, comes in and almost immediately starts whining again. No UTI, is just old and whiny!

I'd be no help....lol
It's all good. I'm at work right now, the guy that comes in on the mid shift is my "resident" expert till Karen pops round. I'm making a list to ask him about, I just gotta keep in mind a grain of salt for whatever he tells me cuz he's a "go authentic or go home" guy.

yeah, all the white stripes. I originally was going to bleach like I normally do, but the material is some kind of strange polyester blend and that didn't work. So I went with the captain robert's method...didn't really take into account that paint smell wasn't a issue with what he does.
Those are pretty cute? You spray painted them?

So... I was "perusing" the links Foggy put up... I need some feedback on mods. There's like five that look nice to me, but I don't wanna buy a lemon so to speak.
Everyone here will be more than glad to help you spend money....:thumb:

Also, this tells you how busy off ECF I am. This is pretty much the only place I post anymore. Well, and occasionally in the TFA thread...

Bah...
I'm on all day and this is the only place I post anymore. Every once in a while if this thread is dead I'll go and peruse the threads in the new members forum.

So two and a half weeks into using the Scylla and putting through about 150 ml's of juice through the original coil, I started getting "check atomizer" error messages. Unscrew the tank, screw it back on and it vapes fine for a little while and I would then start getting the error message again. Thinking that maybe I should switch out the coil, I did and still kept getting the "check atomizer" message. Took the tank apart and cleaned it out, and I think I found the problem. When cleaning out the bottom AFC, I pushed the positive pin out and the tip of it was black. With the little drop or two of juice seeping into the bottom AFC, I think the heat that gets generated when vaping was causing the moisture to burn and coat the tip of the positive pin with soot or gunk, or whatever you call it. It easily wiped off with a paper towel put the tank back together and now it is vaping fine again. That's one more maintenance step I will need to keep in mind with this tank.

that black spot? Probably not from juice. It is something that is formed on electrical contacts (can't remember what it is called), especially in higher amperage connections.....I have to take my cap off and rub that off of my contact on my squonker (absolutely no juice can reach the contact on that spot) at least once every other day on my current build, but when I build higher ohm, like above .5, I can go a week or so.

It wasn't just a spot on the top of the tip. The sides of the pin was black too.
