My Twist order was shipped the next day. It arrived, about a week later, to my foreign military address, via Priority Mail. To receive something here in a week is almost unheard of! I opened the box and was surprised and pleased to see "bonus gifts" in addition to my order. I opened the quality carrying case and was almost shocked at how nice the Twist was. I guess the first word that comes to mind is, elegant. The look and feel of the Twist is outstanding. I love having the VV option, and the Twist works flawlessly. Max Vaper's e-juice is also very good. As if that wasn't enough, the thing that really sold me on this company was the customer service. I had a few questions and Keith responded to me within hours, on each query, with clear detailed explanations. Max Vaper's service has been OUTSTANDING! They will certainly get my return business...as a matter of fact they have. I've submitted two additional orders! If you want Great products from a Great company, this is your place!
