Just returned from giving a co-worker instructions on how to use one of my spare PVs. Loaded up a couple of cartos for him to try and use today. He had heard me talking about mine yesterday and asked me about it so I offered. Like many of us he had tried several times to quit unsuccessfully.

I can think of nothing better than helping someone else quit the cigs. I guess I kind of think of it as a way of giving back.
