For the last 3 weeks, I've had nothing but troubles with my gut. The pain, the gas, and bloating, not to mention the dozen or such trips to the bathroom thinking I had to poop and let out a large blast of air instead. Sometimes, there was a little poop in there, but over many trips to the bathroom, and no value. <---Love the wording. Anyway, I did some research (myself) online and came across dozen articles written by college researchers, doctors researching it to mention a few and in their articles of research they mention that the PG/VG and will tear a gut up. I guess mine is one of them. It doesn't happen that often but when it does watch out. In addition to that, I'm tired of wiping juice off my hands from vaping. Yes, these are all personal.
Then last night I found a new way of vaping, and I'm sure some of you have either tried it, done it, or are still doing it and I wanted to have your take on it. In addition to this, I'm like to know the cost of doing it this way, supplies, etc... It's the dry herb vaping. Sounds interesting and I'm game. So is there any help here?
Thanks
Dan

Just a suggestion, before you give up on regular vaping: I'd try taking an over-the-counter dualbiotic every day, which is a combination of a prebiotic and a probiotic. I'd take them for a few weeks to see what effect they may have on your issues. I take 2 of the gummies form of them every day. Many of my friends do, too. Whether they're capsules, tablets, or gummies...they all help nourish your good bacteria and add more good bacteria for digestive balance. My PCP recommended a dualbiotic, instead of just a prebiotic or a probiotic. I chose the Align brand Dualbiotic ...which the pharmacist recommended as being the most beneficial, out of the many varieties and brands commonly sold. Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, or similar stores sell them.

ETA:

You might want to consult your primary care physician, too, about what's been going on with you. There are definitely medical conditions that can cause what you're experiencing. He/she may even want you to try the dualbiotics to see if they help with it first.

About this: "I did some research (myself) online and came across dozen articles written by college researchers, doctors researching it to mention a few and in their articles of research they mention that the PG/VG and will tear a gut up."

I'm wondering how PG/VG can "tear a gut up" when you don't ingest it while vaping. Can you provide links to some of those articles? I'm curious to see their explanations of how that's possible.

To : JCinFLA. Those articles are long, but just google PG/VG and the gut. You'll see what I mean.
To: jjcordone, Mmmmmm was vaping too much. Okay, You might have me there. I make my own juice and the nicotine I put in it is 5MG. I'm actually trying to cut down the vaping, however, when I'm in front of the computer (long periods of time (game playing)), it is when I really hit the Mod. Other than that, I take a few puffs of it, walk off for about 1 or 1/2 hours and then come back and do it all again. I have been vaping for nearly 10 years straight. No cigs, just straight vaping. I think I might have found the problem tho. I usually take Phillips probiotics, everyday light clockwork in the morning. Last month when my wife when shopping, she pick up the store brand of probiotics. Then during the month, I started to notice this problem. Then when I finished the bottle 3 days later I noticed that my problem was almost resolved. Today I started to take the Phillips stuff again, so in 3 days I should know if this was the problem or not.
I'll let you all know the results within 7 days.
Thanks for your suggestions.
