Me and FSUSA

Well by know you all know I love FSUSA Juice.

But just wanted to pass a little something on to you all about them and the service I have received.

I am an impulse buyer Yes, this is where you all gasp (and say NO It can’t be)

I will usually place an order and then think about it and place another and another. Sometime in the same hour and on top of that I am usually asking for custom Nic levels and splash of flavors. So these are not standard orders.

But every time they get it right. Shipping is still fast even though I tell them no rush I got lots and won’t run out. (LOL)
The amazing thing is every time I Pile the multiple orders on them there is a refund on the shipping as long as they can fit it in one box.

I just want to say Thank you to Dave, Pam and the entire stall at FSUSA you are truly amazing people that care about what you are doing and the people you are doing it for.

I am a FSUSA Juice Junky for life and I hope it is a long life we will share together

I have had this same exact experience I myself would consider a very impulsive buyer it usually starts off with me purchasing juice that I heard great reviews on then coming back here to the forums only to find out that someone else + others love another type of juice so I go back to fsusa and order yet another batch of samples + my usual order finding a 5 dollar bill with personal thank yous was more than enough to leave me breathless
Their customer service is top notch and nocturnal I guess you could say lol

Same here- all kinds of weird flavoring requests. I do it all the time. My taste buds are either shot or genetically mutated. So the mixes ordered initially were half flavor. As time has passed stock orders have happened. Then I had to order flavoring, to bring half flavor juices "up" to full flavor.

It's nuts. When I've talked to these guys I always apologize for putting them through it.

At least you are impulsively buying things that are making your lifestyle healthier. I whole heartedly agree with you about FSUSA and have also put David and Pam through some things myself. They always somehow manage to deal with my requests and all of the other insanity that they have going on and do it with a smile.

BTW- Free is a funny, funny girl. She had me literally laughing so hard one night that I could not regain my composure enough to even talk to her anymore. I signed off, went to bed and woke up the next morning still laughing! True story.

Geesh! How do you guys do it? I get scolded, threatened, frowned on, shipments sent via Antarctica, and reminded that Davis-Monthan Air Force Base is just down the road from FSUSA and my little ranch would make a great practice target. And you get $5.00 too? I get Saguaro Cactus needles.

I think I'll start ordering anonymously and have my orders sent to General Delivery. I gotta be doing something wrong! *sob*

Me too.

I guess I got tired of all the newbies who wouldn't read the stickies wanting to know about their Blu and what else they should buy and where to buy it.

And the others with little personal surveys with 8 pages of responses and nobody ever did anything with the numbers. Don't know why they ever bothered other than to just start a Thread.

Those with serious inquiries I was glad to offer suggestions (such as FSUSA - and I still do it). But now I just go through the newbie section real fast and then come here.

I like the friendly atmosphere, the humor, chit-chat and camaraderie we have on this Forum and yet at the same time get valuable information from a supplier we're proud to deal with.

The FSUSA Forum is the place to be and I can only see it growing and getting better.
