Me and My Little Problem

I hate to say it but I lost my temper and responded with this nasty email. I felt really insulted though but now I wonder if I was just being whiny? Has this problem happened before with the pre-dotted cartos or, like the email response suggests, am I doing something wrong? When I insert the carto, if I expose the holes then the tank goes too low and covers the holes that enable me to inhale. I did compare them to the original carto that worked fine and the holes were considerably lower. Both of the ones I ordered were like this. Just give me a "get over it" if I'm doing something wrong. I have been going to nhaler.com for just a short time but had planned on doing all my business there because I love the pear lung juice so much.
** I forgot to say I was using the VPX Cartomizer and had ordered this: Pre-Dotted Cartos for VPX Cartomator:Boge- Regular- 2.0 ohm- Stainless Steel

Never mind. I have never had anything but praise and recommendations for nhaler.com but with that response I can see there will not be a future. That's too bad too, I will miss the lung juice.

HI Melanie,

It seems kind of odd since we have sold a lot of predotted cartos and you are having an issue so please return it to us along with a note stating the issue and we will be glad to check it out for you and replace if needed.

Thanks, Aisa

The predotted cartos in this order are dotted way too low to be used. Can this be remedied? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
The email we sent you wasnt meant to be rude...It was just a statement that we havent had this problem and it seemed odd thats all...Aisa can sometimes sound short when she is answering emails but thats becaise she gets overwhelmed sometimes answering so many. We dont have an automated email system.
We will be happy to replace them if they dont work or are drilled wrong...But we really want to identify any problems as well.
No harm no foul...Sorry you are having a problem.
Drew
