hey guys so i just made a 7 wrap 24g round 2.5mm dual coil will this be safe on a mech mod?
it depends on the battery you are using.that coil will draw 12-13 amps on a single battery mod. some batteries sold for use in flashlights or on e-bay would overheat. a mach mod is only limited by the battery

I would suggest you get an ohm meter so you can test your coils resistance without having to come to this forum and ask. It is imperative to have an ohm meter because 1 less wrap or a change in the diameter of your coil could push you to unsafe limits on the battery you are using.

I suggest you google ohms law and building for a mech mod to understand the safety issues and limitations involved with mech mods. You will get a lot of information on coil types, builds, batteries, ect. You need to understand this information if you intend to use a mech mod.

BTW mech mods are great and my personal favorite mods. IMO you cannot beat a good quality mech!
