so im looking at a nemesis clone. and a chi you clone. are they a steady volt or wattage? i kinda enjoy my vtr and mvp2...But id like a mech for kracken clone. it wont read on my units. the contact pin doesnt connect. but it fired on a B&M's mech. so im assuming rba's are better off on mechs instead of innokin products? bluntly how the runner put it.

I work as a bar cook. i have nerve damage in a hip and shoulder. so after work i pretty much dont wanna do anything. and vaping is the best hobby ive found. i watch alot of anime and movies and vape. i got in diy. but after my pg allergy...i only order from virgin vapor now (i cant make anything pg free as good as they do). coil building isnt hard for me.

looking for a good mech...a good dripper. and i think i want the new fogger. i like big tanks. lol. i can ss mesh. and silica. cotton. idk im not getting the flavor everyone else is.

any help is appreciated :D

No mechs are not regulated unless you use a Kick module. With a fully charged battery they are putting out about 4.2 volts and it decreases over time as the batteries drain.

Not necessarily true. As mentioned your center pin may have gotten pushed too far in and you need to work it out a little. The built in file on a fingernail clipper works great for this.

The nemesis or the Chi You are both great mechs. I have one of each If it is your first I would say get the SS Nemesis as they are the easiest to set up. For a dripper I would start with an IGO-l (single coil) or the Igo-w (dual coil) If you go for the IGO-w and you are ordering from FT search for IGO and you will see there are 3 listed one of them has no drip tip that is the best one according to all reviews. You can add a drip tip for a buck or two the others have a few minor but annoying issues. Drippers will give you the best flavor you can get IMO. I personally use two strands of 28 gauge twisted tight and the 10 wraps on a 1/16th drill bit. On a single coil that will give you about .8 ohm on a dual your looking at .4 or .5 ohm depending on your legs of the coils. I must warn you test the coil a lot and be prepared for that first hit it will blow your mind. ALso don't do what I did on my first build like this chain vaping will make you throw up, fast, even on 6 mg it is over load. Enjoy!

both the nemesis and the chi you are respected clones you might find you have to do a megnet upgrade onthe switches though, just the way they are.

I like kick modules, for one I can use higher ohm builds and turn the voltage up to compensate, also my vape does not peter out when the battery hits 3.7v the kick will regulate all the way down to 3.3 or so. I find it much easier to carry a spare 18350 than a spare 18650 and with the kick, the 350 lasts as long or longer as the 650 without.

Cant say much about he kraken, Ive personally had no luck getting enough vapor out of them, tiny wick holes limit the flow of juice.

If you are looking for something that wont leak in your pocket, gurgle, or flood and gives good flavor and production, I favor the AGR+ with LR boge pre-punched cartos for everything I used to use ProTanks and Aspires for. And I can crank the wet carto all the way up with a kick and pretty high on a VV/VW. Replacing cartos every few weeks is fine compared to re-wicking or re-coiling a rebvuildable.

Dont get me wrong, I have several gennys and drippers, but when I go to work, out in the yard or run errands, I grab the AGR, not the rebuildables.

Penny vapor is good for a quicky price check, but I can usually get stuff a few bucks cheaper by googling the model I am looking for.

1: Are they a steady voltage or wattage: No. A mech has no electronics.
2: The contact pin doesnt connect: to fix this problem with 510 connections you can take out the center piece from the tank, file down a millimeter or two from the tank threading, so that when you put back in the center piece, the center piece protrudes visibly.
3: RBAs work on mechs but not on innokin products: No. Sub ohm coils won't work on regulated boxes; the regulated boxes have built in protections to protect you from shorts venting out your batteries.

If you get a mech, you can also get a fuse and a kick for it for some degree of protection.
