Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Unfortunately you'll not find many high quality mech mods for under $100, but the first one that comes to mind is the Smoktech Natural.

Why do you want to use sub ohm coils?
IMO someone is going to get themselves killed messing with that stuff! The industry has bent over backward with protection circuits and other safe guards to make vaping as safe as possible, and now just because someone came up with the idea that sub ohm vaping is the "cool thing to do" everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon even though they don't know a damn thing about battery safety.
It's just plain stupid, and not in the best interest of the vaping community. Someone is going to get hurt, it will become the talk of every news media around, and every person that vapes will have to live with the consequences.

As a someone who is relatively new to e-cigs (but not vaping) I have noticed a few of the older vapers speaking out against the sub-ohm trend. I would rather be pointed towards any relevant safety related documentation and make my own decisions, rather than being told people will die.

What the video doesn't show is that what takes 30 minutes when charging can happen in a millisecond when discharging in your hand and next to your face.
Most that can start a thread in the section of the forum (less than 75 posts) are new to all this, and probably don't even know that batteries have a "C rating", let alone know which batteries have the proper C rating for what they want to do.

Panasonic CGR18650CH with a 10A limit
MNKE IMR18650 with 20A limit
Sony US18650VTC3 with 30A limit
lowest usable resistance according to amp limit @ 4.2v
30A = 0.14ohms
20A = 0.21ohms
10A = 0.42ohms

chances are it wont blow up in your face (use a 2cent fuse) but there is that slight risk that it COULD and it has happened. so just beware of the consequences. personally 1.3ohm is too low for me to begin with so sub ohm isn't for me. it would be fun to tinker with coils, BUT I would be aware of my surroundings and aware of what COULD happen that's all. whatever floats your boat. have fun with it, just PLEASE be careful and do your research before touching any unprotected device. there lots of mechs under $100.
What precentage of name brand batteries are counterfit (unprotected Li Ion cells in name brand wrappers), and how do you tell the difference?
With a 2 ohm coil on an ego twist, the coil can get hot enough to burn some juices. I'm just curious, what do you gain by going below 1 ohm besides the ability to burn juices easier?
more vapor more throat hit more everything more more more more. this more crap is going to hurt someone. pbusardo said it well. we are all losing contact with the REAL reason why we vape. we vape because we hope its a safer alternative to cigs.

I am actually starting to look at Mechs not because of sub ohm vaping but because I want something I can totally disassemble and have a prayer of repairing myself. I want stupidly simple quite honestly. And preferably 100 bucks or less. Any suggestions?
K100 is a solid choice and inexpensive as well...couldn't recommend it more. BTW, micro coils give one heck of a sub-ohm experience without being sub-ohm. Might wanna try one out.
honestly, for less than $100(depending where u get it) i would say its the mkb-ts. there are some co-ops (check vapesquad) where u can get it for under $70 (but u have to have patience for the co-ops). im in bukeys co-op, but vapesquad also has a review of the mkb-ts and they even think its very good. fyi this is just my opinion ppl 
Every battery mishap I have seen was a result of a hard short or somebody's mod was firing for an extended amount of time inadvertently. If the battery spec says max sustained output of 10amps, 20amps, 30amps, I do not see why it wouldnt be reasonable to assume it is safe to discharge at that rate.
I do have to agree that not everyone should try sub ohm vaping. You would want someone that is 1/2 savvy with electronics and math to understand what to do and not to do.
Now back to the question of the OP. I have just ordered myself 3 Electronic Angel clones which come highly rated from Todd (a well regarded reviewer).
These can be easily had for under $100.

Yep, the very same one I bought. Batts n charger arent worth a darn, tho. Think they have just the mod for $25 or so.

btw for an mkb-ts a brass shim .002 in the switch, make it pretty damn close to perfect (which can be purchased on amazon for like $8). but please remember it i a gg clone, so if u are using things with only 510 connectors, u will need either stealth cap or adapters. whatever mod u get, rember to do ur reasearch!
