Mechanical switch

I burned out my MOSFET in my pom box, now I want to make it fully mechanical, any ideas where I can find a mechanical switch?

I wound up using the same switch just modifying it and used a ring terminal adaptor the make the connection with the 510.

I don't think that makes your switch mechanical though. A mechanical switch needs to physically move a metal contact; Your switch is still using the same internal switching mechanism rated for low amperage.

No, the switch physically makes the contract, trust me I made it lol

oh ok, cool. So it pushes the ring down? or the negative wire up? How did you do it without having all that current run through the switch?

I melted and pulled everything of the switch the switch itself is actually mechanical, just a small push rod goes through, the ring terminal goes around the 510, I bent sanded and shaped the rest of the ring connector to sit about 2mm away from the button. Lol I was worried about the current as well, but then I thought, how tube mods work.
