And it sucks pretty bad. If I could talk to the Great Mediacom, I'd say, "Great Mediacom, you suck nuts. And you suck them poorly." I wish there were more than one provider of broadband internet in my town.

Talk-talk really sucks in the UK!! Hope it hasn't made it to the USA!!!!

Let us take a closer look at our Talk-talk broadband woes! Let us try and guess what is wrong!
Huawi (who are we) modem/router, ADSL light is flashing ohh quite normal for Talk-talk! Lets phone tech support as it is either the router, line or outside the house where the problem lies!
Indian tech support gets us to play around with the computer's settings as they must do the 99 point checklist even tho the ADSL LIGHT IS FLASHING!! It is the line and the line rental is paid to them so they must fix it for the dear customer!!!! They cannot accept it is their fault and 3 calls to tech support and they will not get an engineer out to fix the line!! They must pay £150 to BT to fix a line problem as they don't have any engineers of their own so naturally they don't want to fix the problem!
The customer now asks for his disconnection code thingy and goes workin' his way back to BT!!! Heh they got all the engineers so the line problem is fixed
The extra money for BT broadband was worth it this time!
