Hello,

Drilled the holes to 1/16th each, and I am getting mediocre clouds. Tried a few different builds of 28g wire at 2/3, 3/4, and 4/5(around .5-.8ohms) and still getting the same clouds. I aligned holes directly in front of coils also. I tested these on 70% to 100% vg liquids. I don't know what I am doing wrong...

Also, top cap is getting very hot when I chain vape, should I test higher gauge wires?

I think I've noticed a drop-off in vapor when my atty gets hot. Your post kinda made that connection for me. Also, volume of air is a factor; but so too is air speed. (so, magically make your holes smaller and report back with a comparison ;)) I read where vaporized liquid is not steam. Steam is created when colder air hits vaporized liquid (can't see humidity on a hot day). So, maybe the heat created in your atty is more than your airflow/airspeed can "steamerize". One way to cool it down in there is to not overstuff with wicking.
