The Secret Garden
I have been meditating for about 15+ years. It was a slow process for me. First it was just deep breathing and shutting out the outside world.
Now I do visualizations either my own or using tapes. It really helps me a lot.
When not doing so well I have one tape called the crisis meditation. It makes me cry with sadness, but by the end of the tape I am crying from relief.;)
