I bought 3 "super mega dual coil cartomizers" from a local shop. They don't have any branding on them, so I don't know if they are Smoktech brand or not. Here is a picture of all 3 - click here (then click on the thumbnail pic for a larger picture).

I am not getting much vapor at all ! But flavor is ok with all.

I have each carto attached to Ego 3.7V batteries, and each is filled with different juice.

Halo Prime 15, Vermont Vapor Sugarhouse Blend, and Vaperite VR4.

Prime 15 and SB produce almost no vapor. VR4 produces the most vapor, but after a long draw on the vr4, I get a pop/crackle - scares me sometimes so much that I jump back instinctively. :)

Notice in the picture that the VR4 on the right leaves little spaces in the polyfill that haven't absorbed the liquid. Is that a problem? The other juices are clearer, so you can't see it well, but they appear to me to be completely absorbed into the polyfill

Why no vapor? I was expecting tons of vapor with dual coils - especially with the Sugarhouse Blend since it's 100% VG.

Same here. Bought 5 of them and first one was DOA (of course) and the second just doesn't produce any vapor. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what. I'm using a ProVape 3.7.

Edit - After sitting for 4 days, I just tried it again. I'm getting some vapor now, but not much. I'm using V9's Cuban Cigar which is PG (and not really a vapor factory), and I get a lot better results in a single coil LR 510 carto from provape. I'm wondering if these things like more voltage??

The pop/crackle is a good thing. Means it's working. You should hear that pretty much the entire time.
One thing with these to consider is the current they draw. On my 18650 E-Power some of my DCC's go for just an instant then the regulated device kicks in and shuts it down because of too much current draw. I put the same battery in my REO (unregulated) and BOOM! Clouds of vapor. And my batteries never get down to 3.7 volts because the performance has dropped too much for me by then.
So, not knowing too many details about your particular devices, it could be internal protection kicking in after 1 sec so you start to get vapor, then nothing. Guess you'd better buy some more devices for "troubleshooting" purposes. :)
