Will the Mega XL 350mah 510 and/or the 280mah 510 charge with the regular 510 usb charger?
Also can I use cartomizers for the 510 on the Mega XL 510?

If you're talking about the Joye 510Mega, then yes. They are the same charger, that was my first kit I ordered, I already had a Joye 510, and was only getting 20 minutes battery life out of it, and I had to add juice every 10 mi utes. I was pulling my hair out. So I ordered the mega kit, and it came with the same charger I already had, but the best part of the kit was the mega atomizers, and mega cartridges! Those carts hold 2.5 times the amount of a regular 510, loved that part! I now am vaping a Joye Ego tank system, and when ever I want to use a cart/atty system, I go back to the mega ones, I still have four of them, and about 5 regular 510 attys. But just to let you know my experience, after I had used the 510Mega's for a week, I was disappointed, they still only lasted only 2 hours at most, so I went to the 650mah ego style batteries, and couldn't have been happier. I now get 6-10 hours between recharge. Just something to think about. I bought a ego passthrough (it's just an ego battery with a built in charger, can be used as a regular battery, or as a passthrough) for $14 I can get that one to last all day, if I remember to plug it in when I'm sitting down, if not I now have 5 other ego style batteries to fall back on.

Oh and 510 cartomizer's will work in any 510 threaded device.
All 510 threaded devices work with all 510 threaded batteries, like I can take my tank atomizer, and screw it onto my regular 510 battery, or my 510Mega battery.

20 minutes???? I have 2 coming in the mail, I just spend so much on this huge kit with everything you name it, i have 10 catomizers, 4 Atomizers, 2 drip tips, 10 cartridges, 2 usbs and plugs, and a 30ml bottle of tobacco juice. I spent $100 with shipping. 20 Minutes? My Npro that I got from 7-11 for $10 bucks lasts me 6hrs and that looks like a real cig. This is insane, please tell me you were vaping the thing non stop hard for 20mins, because if I go nuts on my Npro, it will only last me 1hr 30min, and that i consider alot of vaping.
Anyway, back to the Mega question
