The Don is just AWSOME! Feels great in the hand where it stays most of the time because it does feel so nice. It seems to hit harder than my other mod with the same batt and atty combo. The switch is the crown jewel being so adjustable with just a turn of the screw you can throw just about any battery or battery combo in there adjust it up and your good to go, no washers or O-rings to futz with plus the lock feature is flawless. I like that you can stand it up even unlocked and it still doesn't fire. In mini Don mode it has to be one of the smallest mods out there with an all day 18350 battery..Tiny! The threads are so smooth and buttery feeling on the sleeves I find myself wanting to turn them all the time..lol. Its a great little mod, does what its supposed to and does it very very well.

Cool Brian Im Glad you like it! I must tell you though that just like the mako it will need Maintence. What i Prefer to do with mine to maintain them is i Take the Atty Fitting, and the entire switch and drip them in a little tub of jewlery cleaner like you can get at wal mart for a couple bucks. Be sure to Agitate it while its in there. What does this do for you? Well first off im sure you store it in your pocket, lint and grit gets in there. and that is the switch's enemy. If it gets too gritty etc it can mess up the ball bearing etc. So once every week or so i just drop it in some jewelry cleaner to keep everything clean and grit free. It keeps your switch from sticking etc ;) And if your body tarnishes you can use any aluminum polish on it just be sure to get it all off ;) and like every other mod keeping your threads clean gives you the best electrical connection. Tim is working on a new manual for the Mako v2 and the Megalodon. So I will be sure to have him put in a maintenence section.

Yeah i usually take it apart and wipe it down and put it back together every couple days the jewelry cleaner sounds like a good idea for weekly maintenance. Does that brighten the brass also like it does jewelry?

A manual would be good too with suggested maintenance procedures and maybe a diagram of the switch.
