Just in case anyone out there is looking for a vape-friendly place to move to... Melbourne, FL and the surrounding areas are very vape friendly. I have a part time job at CVS, and I vape while checking customers out at the register. Most people are congratulatory about my successful smoking cessation. Others ask where they can get one. And still others comment on how yummy my vapor smells. I vape at grocery stores, in classrooms, restaurants, etc... nobody has asked me to stop yet.

Melbourne has been pretty welcoming and accepting, but keep in mind that its their property and their right to ask us not to vape. Better not to bring a bad image on all of us by confronting them. Grills (even though they know all of us that work here!) and Home Depot will usually ask you not to vape.

Here in Ocala it the same, I have been able to Vape in Publix, Winn-Dixie, the small Mom & Pop stores even Home Depot. I however would not vape in a restaurant just out of respect for those eating, the local Taverns are fine as well.
