Quit smoking tobacco Since: 6-8months back cannot really remember
How you get to know e-cig: Thru friends quite a few years back
Used Brand and Models: Ego-t, lavatube with sub-tank/DCT/ce2 (awaiting my ZB )

Story: Started smoking at the age of 12. Got to know about e-cig in 2008/09 thru friends (cigarettes-look alike kind) but didn't start then was a little skeptical about it feeling like a real cigarettes and supplies were hard to come by then. Got my first set of "ego-T" in Msia to help me "quit" smoking, it did help me "quit" but now it seems to have become a substitute instead of an aid.

my story is actually simple too, went for chest xray after coughs got heavier for 2 consecutive years straight, doctor told me quit or die..... was smoking heavy since 15 and thats been 20+ years....
furthermore am in sales line, smelled like an airport smoking ground, clients & colleagues shun me with funny looks when i speak, guess it wouldnt hurt to try vaping.... and i never looked back....

Story: Quit working to study, and my wallet didn't allow me to continue smoking... so turned to e-cigs... was in between e-cig and cigarettes, but turned out more expensive than smoking... so gave up smoking...

Story: Quit analogs due to cost and health. Stamina has improved greatly, sadly so has my apatite for food. Probably due to the flavours keep reminding me of food.

How you get to know e-cig: Random online surfing
Used Brand Models : So far Only lavatube, been building my owns mods from the start.

Best Favor like: nothing really im looking for good juices, don't really like china juices.
Story: Vaping has been treating me kinda good. feels like my brains thinks better now. One of the great things i think i have done last year. Hope can try out good juices, Anyone got good juices to recommend please help

How you get to know e-cig: Heard about it a few years back but was never interested until a good friend picked it up earlier this year and decided to give it a shot.

Best Favor like: Started with RY4 so that's my basic staple. Love cocoa/chocolate flavoured juices. (Any recommendations?)

Story: Smoking since 13 but wasn't a heavy smoker until NS. Upon joining the workforce got even heavier due to my line of work. Wasn't that long ago started experiencing really really bad breathing problems and started considering to reduce then eventually quit. Luckily my friend started vaping and got me onto this. Nothing feels better than waking up with a clear chest and being able to draw a deep breath

Story: I am a late bloomer, started smoking only when I was like 18 during my last sems in poly. Project got really stressful and decided to try analogs. It slowly became a bad habit and smoked more and more. Early this year I was introduced by my "sun you" to vaping but I was not really keen as the PV he used does not give as much TH and vapour. Until one day I accidentally cut myself and notice my wound starts to turn yellowish and I start to panick. Then think back about vaping could help me reduce the analogs intake and so I decided to start vaping. As a late bloomer, my friend supplier went to chalet liao and I LLST got to slowly source for my PV. And finally~ Bros here started to recommend me some stuffs and that is how it all started~~~

Story:
Been smoking ever since knowing some bad friends in the secondary school days. As usual, started low and gets more and more...and up to close to one pack every 2 days. Then finally on a day....I went into Malaysia with a group of friends just to do some window shopping around City Square Mall and KSL.
Walked pass a store that is selling a e-cigarette set, 2 for price of 1. so go it, and started to try it...kinda liked it...but the old analog cigarette designed ecig is weak, way to weak....and broke down after some time...then stopped for awhile.
Until my friend helped me got another set in order to help me cut down on analog intakes, a Joye eGo C With Vision Clearomizer, and ever since I have a whole new perspective to vaping. It has so much difference to the lousy one i had previously....
And now, I am a vaper of SG, and a proud new member of this forum. great to know there is a group of vapers in sg!

Used Brand Models Brands and Models: Started off with eGo-T with the CMI Clearomiser.. drink juice more than vaping.
Current brand Models: Provari and GG
Best Favor like: BWB Peach, watermelon and Tasty Vapor Mojito
Story: Been Smoking since y2002, it get worst when start to work.. haha.. Trying numberous of time to quit.. Tink longest was about 2 weeks.. No sucess for me till Jan2012 found new toy eGo-T. Hasnt been going back to analog since.. Glad we found a better and healthier way!

Story: Smoking heavily since I was 16, but recently having bronchitis and smokers cough. I just want to improve my health overall. So after doing a trial run on my first ego set i realized that quitting analogs is a possibility. I never looked back since then

Story: Been Smoking since sec 1 , think was ard 14 years old that time. during that time 1 pack of 10 sticks cost $1.20 heehee that was my fav as 1 pack can last for 2 days. However once in the working society, 1 day 1 packet of softpack and never ending. When project deadline are nearer maybe 2 packets a day?

Quit smoking Tobacco Since: stopped 6 years back but pick up again 1 year ago. (decided to pick up again after as I wanted to enjoy the simple pleasures again before i die)

How you get to know e-cig: Saw on dealextreme but skeptical so did not buy. My bro let me try his PV and decided to take the plunge thereafter

Current brand Models: Ego-c

Best Flavor like: Still trying out all the flavors - grape/strawberry/menthol/ry4/red cola/green apple/ greentea - haven't decided yet

Story: Smoked for over 15 years - made up my mind to quit and went cold turkey 6 years back. Withdrawal symptoms were very bad. Very short tempered and easily irritated. Persisted for 6 months and kicked the habit. Feel something is missing in my life ever since i stopped and picked up again 1 year back during holiday trip. Really enjoyed the feel and thus continued till about a week back when i got my first PV. Started with 12mg and still feel quite ok - manageable. plan to cut to 6mg after a month. This route towards smokefree is by far the best of all the other methods I tried. Don't think I will ever pick up an analog again in future. Best part is, I dont get the "something is missing feeling anymore!)" Thanks ECF and sgvapers for all the helpful guides!

Started at primary School When a Friend introduced it to me... Couldnt stop smoking since then. Everyday at least 5 sticks... Tried to quit a few times but in vain... Not until a Friend's Friend's Friend's Cousin introduced me to ecig and how it can help me quit smoking. Been using it for a day...Keeps the Analog's away... And will never pick up an analog anymore....
