Anyone know of good sales for Molicel p26a or Samsung 30q for Memorial day? Or what is your favorite battery that's on sale?

Looks like 18650batterystore removed it's deal of the day link from it's site, but the page is still up. Keep checking every day.

BTW: 200 mAh increase = a few minutes more total usage time and maybe 20 or so more puffs for me. I would never notice it. Doesn't sound like $1 more per battery is worth it, at least for me.

Should I store these in the fridge?

    • Yes,
    • no,
    • maybe,
    • definitely,
    • why not,
    • not sure,
    • I wouldn't,
    • absolutely,
    • definitely yes,
    • for what
    • for sure,
    • I see no benefit,
    • possibly,
    • depends on the temperature
    • I would...
I'm just saving everyone the trouble and giving all inevitable answers in one post.

    Preliminary answer: Yes.

Real test data comparing freezer, fridge, room temp (3 years for some cells, 2 years for some others) hopefully in July. I did test the cells that are coming up on 3 years after one year, and there was a measurable benefit to cold storage. I meant to test 'em again last year, but never got back down to FL where those cells are during the second half of the year, so I decided to just wait another year before re-testing them.

I have six Molicell's coming shortly. I will use two and refrigerate four. My thinking is that three things effect the rate of a chemical reaction: time, temperature and concentration. I can effect time but most likely not efficaciously. I can not effect concentration in any way. I can effect temperature directly, so I will.
