:blink: Wow....Really? Were you REALLY too lazy to click that link that I provided that would have answered your question had you bothered? Sometimes you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink it.

Others have gone over and above to answer your question. The same info that was in the link I originally provided...:D

I bought a ProVari today at this place in Round Rock, Texas and explained to him how much i loved cinnamon flavors and highly recommended that I STAY AWAY from cinnamon flavors! He explained to me that cinnamon is made with the same stuff that is in pepper spray and it is super bad for your lungs and not made to inhale. Is this true??? can someone better explain this?

Well, I have no idea about cinnamon, or clove hen not mixed with tobacco. Aside from that, a menthol or clove cigarette/cigar versus a vape with those flavors? You're getting the same flavors as you would from a tobacco, without thousands of extra chemicals, including 40-70 carcinogens, depending on whose number you go by. If you weren't a menthol or clove user, don't inhale those flavors, if there is something that concerns you. Most of your nicotine intake from vaping seems to be induced through the oral and nasal soft tissue: the inhalation satisfies the mind, not the body.

I only know enough to be slightly dangerous, but tonight when I picked up my Vision Spinner and chose some Atomic Fire Juice, the salesperson warned me about using it with most all of the tanks. It didn't really feel like a ploy to get me to buy the glass tank, but in the end I did, just in case, and because I loved the juice. I only took a break from analogs once before and it was at the cost of several broken teeth as I was munching Atomic Fire Balls non stop, so I figure this will be a frequent juice for me so it was worth the additional tank.

I wouldn't recommend any menthol flavoring that is oil-based (non-water-soluble). Oils are generally considered unhealthy for inhalation. Menthol and mint are fine if they are in a water-soluble base.

Cinnamon, on the other hand, as well as certain citrus and clove flavorings, are questionable at best. Some people vape them without any ill effects, I don't. If it cracks plastic, I don't want it my lungs--just my opinion, mind you, so please, take it for what it is.

Here's an interesting exchange I had once with our resident chemist and my chemistry guru, Kurt:

I report, you decide. ;)
