Menthol juice with that funky flavor???

Idk what it is, but almost every single menthol juice I buy, has that disgusting flavor and after taste. Not to mention the smell. It's almost like burnt popcorn, but not really. It totally takes over everything. I have bought from 3 or 4 different vendors, and they all have that disgusting flavor. It literally makes me gag when I take a puff of it. I really want a menthol-tobacco juice, that's close to a Marlboro Menthol. But like I said, every one I've tried that was supposed to be good or similar to MM, was disgusting due to that flavor. Anyone else know what I mean? If you've ever had juice like that, you would know. I really don't understand how someone could possibly enjoy it, but that's my opinion and you know what they say about opinions Anyways, if someone could tell me what that is and possibly recommend a good menthol-tobacco juice that isn't like a peppermint, and doesn't have that flavor, would be greatly appreciated. Or if anyone else smoked MM and found something that worked for them, whether it is similar to an actual MM analog or not, please feel free to speak up. Thanks in advanced for everyone's help!

I was in the same boat as you, looking for something that tasted like Marlboro menthol. I finally found a good one. Try the menthol from V2. I love it.

I'm not a big menthol fan, but I did run into a "menthol" juice that you might want to try. Johnson Creek Wisconsin Frost. It is a menthol, but not a peppermint menthol. I didn't like it because of the dry, smoky tobacco flavor in the background of it. I prefer sweeter vapes and this wasn't it. If you want to PM me your address, I'd be glad to send you the 3ml or so left in the 5ml sample bottle I got from them last month.

I tried highbrowbacco menthol and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. It had good reviews and even saw YouTube reviews where people were vaping it and loving it. Just proof of how selective peoples tastes are. Anyway that's the juice that made me give up on tobacco and I'm glad because of all the great flavors I've found to replace tobacco.

I let the stuff steep for 2 months and came back to it just to see and it was still terrible. Not bashing highbrow because there's obviously a lot of people who like them, it's just not for me.

After going through at least 20 different menthols, I finally settled on Rocky Mountain Vapor Menthol. It is as close to a Camel Light Menthol as I could find.

Since you mention "burnt" and have tried juices from different vendors I'm wondering if your issue may be that your juice is burning rather than vaporizing.

What device are you using for a PV? If it is variable voltage or variable wattage what setting are you using. What juice delivery device are you using and what oHms is it? What is the PG/VG ratio of your juice.

What I've found with a lot of menthol liquids is a sort of faux chocolatey flavor mixed in. Which is really gross when compared to Marlboro menthols.

I was a menthol smoker, and the one I like the most is Hawk Sauce from Mt Baker. It is a sweet, almost fruity start but has a very nice minty/menthol finish.

I agree with Peraspera. You might try a higher resistance coil or carto.

I haven't found one juice that does it, but a blend of two.

Halo Torque56 and either Sub Zero or Mystic (which is a bit minty).

Mix it 2:1 Torque:SubZero or even 50/50.

I have an evod stick battery, a smoktech bolt, an itaste mvp2, and an itaste SVD. I have a kanger protank 2, evod tank, and an iclear30 the original one. I am positive it isn't the device or my settings because I have other juice that is fine. It's some kind of flavor they use in menthol juices that is absolutely disgusting. But I have a 2.2 ohm coil I rebuild myself with 30ga Kanthal and cotton as the wick. It's the juice, I'm sure of it. My other juice that I kind of enjoy doesn't burn or anything

I smoked Marlboro Menthols also and I've searched for over a year with many different vendors and while I found a couple decent Menthols like halo, nothing is even close to a Marlboro. I agree that many have that funky taste you mention and the ones with the mint annoy me. If you happen to find anything close please let me know.

I was considering it, but I'm under the impression Halo juice is realllly mentholy. Like a camel crush if you crush it, or a marlboro nxt. Which is what I cannot stand. But then again I could be wrong

Definitely, I will let you know what I think. I am going to be ordering a few different kinds soon. I'm almost out but can't decide what I want, I'm tired of wasting money on juice I don't like!

I am not a menthol fan, but I am thinking this is a steeping issue. Heat the bottles in hot water (in a zip lock bag) and then shake and heat and shake and heat. Then remove the cap and leave open for a day. Then recap and store for a few weeks. Try it again.

Repeat the process.

If it is a flavor that you like, it shouldn't taste like crap.

Another thought is to buy some Menthol or a Menthol complimentary FLAVOR. I am not sure of the complimentary FLAVOR. Because I am not a Menthol fan.

I am working on a Strawberry flavor that I like and I got Sweet Cream FLAVOR that I can use to adjust the strawberry as needed. The same applies to a Dream Bar. The Sweet Cream smells like crap in the bottle, but it tastes like Sweet Cream when mixed. Go figure.
