FDA Mercedes builds a tobacco product

The new Mercedes Benz S-class according to the FDA's deeming tobacco regulations is a tobacco product !!!!
The S-class contains a fragrance atomizer in the glove box.
In theory a nicotine content liquid could be loaded into that atomizer and we all know cars have batteries, which makes Mercedes a tobacco manufacturer.

I just hope they can afford the testing required.

The FDA said everything that can possibly be used for the consumption of a tobacco product is also a tobacco product. All one has to do is load up the atomizer with some nic juice and the car is a tobacco product. That also means Mercedes has to file for approval with the FDA.
