Hey

I am not disputing the fact that this should not have happened. All i am saying is that we are working on it, - and while doing this im trying to help you.

I can not tell you when you can expect your money back - i have processed your request directly with my boss and he will get back to you. When this happens i cant say as he is in a different country than me: So right now he is probably sleeping.

I assure you however, that you will receive an answer from him - and that we will take care of it. Thats all i can do right now!

/Mik

WAIT how did .. this backfire.. oh noez, i didnt see that coming. :)

Once you confirmed to Ethan that it was okay to send me an eGo because I won a contest, and once I received it, was *when* it backfired. See, I only needed you for an okay. It's just taken 2 months for me to actually put the eGo down and type something. =)

I'll buy a Baby J though, if you share some new details... (obligatory steering back of thread subject)

Ethan,
Hi. I just ordered an auto batt eGo set yesterday - anxiously waiting for it to come in the mail.

Did you catch my earlier post? I was wondering on the warranty... If I were to have a defective battery how tough would it be to get it replaced? I read somewhere on the "warranty" page of Janty that things needed to be in the original package in order to receive refund/exchange. How would I know if it worked if I didn't take it OUT of the package. I'm just a little confused is all.

But yeah, like I said, I'm anxiously awaiting for my eGo to arrive in the mail. I've heard so many rave reviews so far. I'm sure I'll be pleased - just wanted to learn more about the Janty warranty and what all it entails.

Thanks!

Oso

Hi Mik_Janty

Good to hear that it is some problems with the Europe Janty store, so I know for sure Janty guys are aware of it.
I made an order a couple of days ago and I will just wait. Can you tell me if they are shipping without letting me know so that I do not have to worry not to hear anything from them?

I also have to say this is my first experience with Janty and it is a little unfortunate that Janty Europe are having problems right now, but I do trust them until otherwise approved :) I have ordered som e-liquid from Janty France too and I was surprised about the good and professional customer service and help I got, in the middle of the night! (2am)
Good to hear from you Mik_Janty and I am convinced that Janty is a serious and good company.
I have heard a lot about the eGo I have to say, and will go for it as soon as i get the e-liquid from Janty Europe and France.

Sincerely Aalsen

Hey Oso,
I understand you have many questions and think it would be easier to discuss them should you need to actually return a product for replacement. The best way is to open a helpdesk ticket regarding a problem. From there I can fill you in on the warranty return process, it's actually quite simple as far as replacements go.

Hey NatureBoy,
Your last sentence pretty much sums it up. Currently, we are unable to break 5 packs of batteries as it would throw off our stock numbers tremendously. Also, we still haven't received our silver batteries just yet; however, I agree that it would be great to be able to purchase the colors of batteries that you want! This WILL be taken into consideration and we will work to see if there is a way that we can do this in an efficient manner without distorting our inventory numbers.

Ethan:)

Hi Ethan,
Did you send out my battery, Bro??
On the post here..
You can do it and here is how.
Instead of having 5 pks.. Make them 3 pks instead..
What I mean is a 3 pk of the Black, Silver and White in Manual..
Then you do the same but with the Auto's and the stock will still reflect what you have and won't go bonkers..
But the main thing is HAVING A 3 PACK.. NOT a 5 Pack..
Just the sets would be as 2.. Manual and Automatic..
