Hey all, I just logged into the help desk for the first time in quite some while and found a ton of unanswered tickets. Usually I receive an email when a new ticket is created; however, there is something wrong with our system which prevented me from getting these emails. SO, I will be doing my best to catch up and get to each and every one of your questions/warranty tickets. I apologize for the mix up. Just when I thought I was getting caught up!

It's here! UPS brought to the door a 1/2 hour ago and now I'm sitting here vaping away on the new eGo. One battery is charging but I couldn't wait so I had to get started on the other partially charged batt.
This is very nice and looks just like it does in Mik's video. Sleek n sophisticated and smaller than I had anticipated. Got the pouch and a few xtra little goodies.

Yeah, ive been trying to restock on cappucino for 3 weeks now. Not good when dealing with addictive substances, its not like people are going to wait, it just forces us to try out alternative vendors. Not that Ive found comparable cappucino, but when I would order juice from janty, I would order additional items while I was there. Now that the heavenly Janty cappucino isnt available, I have no reason to visit. Hope this isnt going to happen everytime a new product is launched.

I do not know about Janty.but last year in the month of January. It was super hard to get liquids. China had there new year and did not work for weeks. All USA supplier could not get any liquids. This year there new year is on Feb.14. So February ,maybe a hard month to get e- liquid.
I have not seen janty cappuccino available for months. I wish someone would get on this already

but.. im right there with you, i want us to progress on the Baby J as well, especially seeing as my prototype now has a broken button ( the buttons are never the same on the prototypes.. *sigh* =)
