j/k............I will be doing my first piece of business with Janty USA with my pre-order of the stick............I have read most of these threads and you can see the difference between "whiners" (majority) and legit complaints(minority). The fact that they let all comments (good and bad) stay up in this forum says all I need to know. I look forward to doing a lot more business in the future.

About how many puffs do you guys get on your dura's before you find yourself topping off again ??

I guess im spoiled since I had 801's before my dura and those carts are like the energizer bunny!!

Nice summary swoods , i had some complaining to do not long ago on another thread, but it was not purposed for bashing Janty, so i read your summary , and think that the only thing valid in my humble and personal opinion is the part that you say ......

"ok by my book......"

Free world , nice people, different opinions.............

Anyway I think that janty should do something similar to Liberation , which is posting a thread , for customers opinion, thats constructive.......

We are actually in the process of starting up a bunch of new threads, one of which will be exactly what you are speaking about. I am just awaiting my moderator status from SJ so I can get to work on it. It is indeed a good idea and will provide us with valuable feedback.

The problem with Janty is the consistent underperformance in comparison to the claims they make.

Janty claims to ship orders the next day after getting payment but that has not been my experience. My first order from Janty did not ship till 2 days after my order. My second order from Janty did not ship for 5 days after my order. My third order was a pre sale for the Janty stick with a shipping date of the 19th promised on the site and the very best I can hope for is that it MIGHT ship on the 22nd, 3 days late, but realistically I think we all know that none of the Janty Sticks are going to make it to the mail before the 26th.

With each order I place the service is getting worse. Do you think there will be an order number 4?

If I actually have a Janty Stick to bring to the next Long Island Vapers Gorup on the 29th I will be surprised.

Janty products = A++
Janty Shipping department = FAIL!

I'll just order JoyE products from other more responsible reatilers in the future.

I actually love the customer service from Janty. On any order that was messed up, I ended up getting free stuff. Warrenty items are replaced with no questions asked. The only issue that I can see is low stock on items. Too many people are ordering from them. Maybe the whiners can quit ordering from them so there will be more inventory for the rest of us. Keep up the good work guys.

Hello, I'm thinking of ordering a Dura-C starter kit but on the Janty website, it says "DELIVERY TO CUSTOMERS ON 4 JUNE" (it says the same thing about the Janty Stick). However, I've read several posts on this thread where people say they've already received their Dura-Cs. So, which is it, are the Dura Cs available for shipping now or not? Thanks

They are not available now. I put in an order on Friday and received this today:

"I apologize for the delay in response. We are currently out of stock in the Dura-C's; however, June 4th is actually a worst case scenario in regards to shipping date. We hope to have them in by next week. Since your order is awaiting fulfillment, it will be among the first to ship out. I apologize for the inconvenience and delay."

Someone else who had ordered a little before me received one, so I just missed the window.

I have had nothing but GREAT service from Jeff. Always quick to reply and send out orders or replacements. Now with JantyMod (Ethan) thier response time should inprove for those that have complaints and questions!
