I have to give some props to ethan. My first JS v1 had a problematic switch and now my v1 version replacement is expiriencing the same issues. I emailed him and he is taking care of it. I must add he replied to my warranty request within 30 minutes from the time i submitted it! Great Service!

I'm troubled....orders 5501 and 5555 with no email notice of shipping information! This really blows! A grand in 68 days and this is my reward!
Sorry I didn't follow the Op's directive but I hope you can understand the frustration. Later orders that are shipped before earlier orders does not foster customer appreciation nor confidence.
Similar to what others have had: reallllly long shipping time, waiting for juice. Twice. This last time after 2 months they said they couldn't even find the order in their system, but refunded my money to PayPal. I used it to order the Stick V2.
Without all the ongoing acclamations for Janty I would not have used them again. So Janty, all your happy customers helped you keep a customer.
Just checked the site and was hoping to see a "shipped" or something besides "processing"....so bummed! Today is the 7th! WTF
edit: I just checked my junk mail and there it was! It WAS shipped today. Now I am thinking about tearing apart that 510 battery for a Nicostick to make it until Thursday.
edit 7/9/09: Got it today and am very happily vaping away. So far I am loving it. Using the passthrough at the moment. Tons of vapor but cooler than my 510.
