I Have never received a shipping confirmation from Janty,It always just shows up. so just because you didn't get one doesn't mean it didn't ship.
Yup. I get 'em about 1/2 the time--and when I don't get 'em, I don't find them in my spam folder, either. I think sometimes there's a problem with the program they use to ship out where notification sometimes doesn't get sent.
In any event, like Techno said, just because you didn't get a shipping notice doesn't necessarily mean that you've been forgotten.
It might though. I'd rather see Ethan confirm shipless order numbers mentioned in this thread.
I have always received shipping notices for my supplies, my Dura-C and the V1 as well as the V1 replacement. So my experience with the company indicates that as far as the V2 is concerned...orders 5501 and 5555 have been ignored for other reasons and other purchasers. 8-o
JantyUsa could at least send me the V2 from my first order #5501. Order #5555 naturally would come later... But order numbers after 5555 have already been confirmed. No matter how one views it 2 orders have yielded zero confirmations for the V2 and 3 orders for supplies have yielded 3 confirmations all placed within a 2 week period. The selectivity is troubling.

Lucky you...not sarcasm but real envy! I wish my order #5501 and #5555 would have been shipped. But alas, this poor sot has been overlooked. Pardon me while I make use of my crying towel and rail at the powers that be in my own little pity party...
Thanks for the imput...I'm new to the variance in hardware, the nuances of draw, and subsequent care of the atomizers.
You're welcome Smokin1...I have noticed that the M201 does burn through juice pretty quickly; although, if you top off fairly regularly..you shouldn't have any problems. I haven't noticed a huge difference in juice consumption from an 801 atty compaired to the M201 atty (although, I'm using a mini-pipe RS888 style cart anyway). Let me know if the 201 carts wick well and I may throw in a few in my next order.
I'm not sure if this is why the scattered order number shipping, but it might have to do with Janty's email payment setup. If order #5600 takes care of payment before order 5575, maybe 5600 goes into the queue first?
I pull up my paypal account and make payment right after I make my order on the Janty site. So I have both windows open. Further, I receive confirmation from paypal within minutes of Janty's message that an order was received. So the scenario you describe is not applicable in my situation. But I appreciate the offer of an objective explanation it was very thoughtful of you!
And the money was taken out of my account on the day I ordered.

I would think you should still have the one year warranty, since the go buy order numbers and it would show that it was an LE. Just a thought!

Got my 201 atty's from Shawn at LiteCig (always fast shipping it seems and great CS too). Gotta say, I do think I like the 201 atty better than the 801 style ones. It does seem to give more vapor with the stick, but that may be due to less airflow, not totally sure yet. Either way, I'm liking the stick with the 201.
Well my problem has been resolved and all is well now. They make GREAT products, just caught a bad time in service. Maybe it has to be a timing thing as they are releasing and shipping the Stick v2.
