Oops! sorry to be confusing but to clarify...they is in reference to the mailing of the defective atomizer and 4 missing batteries. I wish it were for the V2 but no such luck...orders 5501 and 5555 remain unshipped.

Mmm. not sure this is completely accurate, and I say this as one who is very suspicious of Janty at this point. I waited two months for a juice 'n switch order. They put the money back in my Paypal account without difficulty or issue. I turned around and gave it right back with a Stick V2 order. This is their last chance with me however, but to say they won't refund money on their own is not my experience at all and so doesn't sound fair.

I have a bottle of the mint, and it is definately more of a mint than menthol. Very strong mint flavor. Too strong for me. I am thinking of adding a couple drops for about every 6 or 7 drops of chocolate.

Now I am going to have to dig out my LE auto and see how it compares to the manual version I have been using. I barely touched the auto, since my manual arrived first.

***Update*** I tried my LE auto and it doesn't even work anymore. Battery or USB cable. Time to add it to the Janty return stack.

Has anybody sent their LE stick back for warranty? I'm curious if Janty just replaces it with a standard stick or if the engraving is still there. I'm hoping that I didn't pay $150 or whatever it was to now end up with a regular stick and no engraving.
I haven't sent it back yet, as I am hoping to hear from anybody that may have already been through this situation.

Also, I have similar issues with JANTYSHOP.
I sent email to dispatch/ludo (JUNE 15) 3weeks ago.(Order No. 5870 Manual Switch Complane)
But i don't recieve reply mail yet.

I managed janty user forum in south korea.(so, my english skill is poor )
Some users of my forum have same problem.

Almost all give up customer service at JANTYSHOP.

No engraving. But, I did not have to send it back. Just email Ethan give him your original order number and state your problem. I now have my original LTD in its box tucked away all nice and safe just in case
