This is my second janty stick i received today.
No matter what i do the atomizers do not trigger.
I have 5 good atty's here, so the stick itself must be DOA.

ANY IDEAS?

You have 2 sticks and both are not powering up the atomizer? What are the odds of that?

Are you using the same batteries that you used on the first one?

Battery in right side up?
Atty screwed in (almost to the point of overtightening)?
Contact points clean?

I noticed that you really need to tighten the atty to the stick just as the previous poster. Even if you think it's overtight (and I hate that - because then it's a pain to unscrew). But try that first, it's usually the main culprit with atties not firing up

Same thing as when I got mine. I don't think you got the atty in tight. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and give it another turn. Hold it up to your ear,you will hear a sizzle sound if its good.

Thanks for the quick replys. Last night i blew out the atomizer wiped it clean let it sit batt side up overnight. This morning put in 4 drops into attomizer through the cart end (is that where its suppost to go?) put a brand new cart, waited about 10 min then puffed on it for 3 second and got yucky burnt taste. tried it a few more times all burnt. had a analog smoke and went to work. after about 2 hours i tried it again and it worked great for 6 hour except for a occational slight burnt taste drag. I dont get it. Why does it start off like that?

Well, I tried on my V2 and it does not work with the m201s that I just got. They are a pain to get in and I tightened it down as far as I could and nothing. I had a heck of a time getting it off too. Don't waste your time and money on this.

I got a bad switch. Doesn't always turn on when pressed, regularly does not shut off when released. Currently unusable.

I can add another observation about the satisfying juice strength while using different ecigarettes/attys:

EJuice strength:
1. JS with 801 - 12 mg
2. JS with 201 - 6 mg
3. M401 - 18 mg

And the clear winner is JS with 201 atty! I tried with 12 mg but have to cut it in half to reduce that very strong throat hit.

It looks like I can hold on much longer to my ejuice supply in case of a ban.

Are you using a V1 or V2? I have two m201 attys that I tried in my JS V2 and cannot get it to work. Screwed it in all the way in and it won't fire. Just got them from Litecig and they're black.

I am using V2 but it should work for either stick.
My 3 201 attys came from LiteCig and so far I tried only one and had no problem you described.

Oh, and mine are white -blacks were sold out at that time.

usually when you start to get a burnt taste and it was doing well before its due to a drying out of the wick and will need to top off/or fresh cart. if it persists then look down atty and check for any stray cart fiber that may be sticking to bridge.also if you hit it constantly you may just need to allow it time to wick more fluid.

I had to send it back.
It really was DOA. Happens.
By the way the original carts Janty sent me , slip when you try and screw them in with the atty.
In other words i always have to screw in the atty first then add the cart after that.

Today i received empty carts from another manufacturer and they fit in much better.
So the whole atty + cart can be screwed in one shot.

Also these new carts seems to have much more air passing, they work much better with the stick than the original carts do.
I have no clue why this is so...
Moral of the story : not all carts are equal.

Sticks on flight 7877 have now all boarded first class and are enjoying their martinis on the long voyage ahead of them.
