Ethan,

Question:

I have just received my second Stick (in a week) and am loving it BUT I have to fight to get the atomizer in. It is VERY difficult. Is this normal? Will it ease up?

Statement:

I have found no comments on the board about the wonderful carrying case with the side pockets into which you may insert an extra battery and an extra cart. Well thought out and VERY handy. Kudos!

In your bushes, watching you undress
So I convinced myself that I had to have a Jantystick, and I ordered one yesterday from dietsmokes.com. Same day shipping... pretty damn impressed actually.

Ordered some 801 accessories for it (atoms/carts) then went on a buying spree at 4 other places buying 510 carts, manual batteries for my 510, blank carts, , 510 atoms, e-liquids from 3 different sources, and now it seems like this will become another 'hobby'.

Anyway, I am really jazzed about the impending arrival of my Jantystick. I cannot wait for it to arrive. I never thought I'd buy any e-cig that didn't look like a cigarette (at least in shape/size), and furthermore didn't think I'd buy something that looks like it's out of a sci-fi movie... but I am really stoked after watching countless video reviews on them.

Should I be this excited over the Janty? Will it really give me THAT much more vapor than my 501??? I sure hope so.

Just to add my two cents.

I have Dura-C, Kissbox Classic Extended and the Stick (among others). So far the Stick is my favorite for the absolutely crazy amounts of vapor it makes. Think of it this way... cheap batteries, long battery life, built in USB passthrough, large cartridges and LOTS of vapor....All of this for almost $20 less than the Standard Kissbox without the passthrough or case and around the same price as some other GENERIC kits without the passthrough or a manual switch. How could you choose not to do that? :) Also, if you already have the kissbox, your atomizers will still work and you can use it as a backup if needed. :)

The nice thing about the Kissbox though is the modular design. Battery, switch and atomizer are all separate.

great Dorian :)

The screw on which the atomizer screws on, inside the atomizer compartment of the stick has been glued to avoid a maximum of leaking liquid towards the other compartments.

Therefore you might encounter come difficulties screwing the atomizer onto that screw or you might encounter moments where there seems to be no electric conduction...

all this should become better after a while of screwing/unscrewing.

You can however try open the gray/black plastic parts from the front side of the battery/atomizer shaft - using a sharp/thin object. Bit by bit loosening the 2 plastic parts, carefully, take your time when you do this. Then when done, remove any glue or spots on the screw (again be careful not to break the cables or you will need to re-sold them)

i recieved my janty classic the otha day.. needless to say i love it.. with to charge it and the thread ring ran away from the charging contact.. the little black wire also came off of it.. so i took it apart and made a frankenstein charger with the help of my broken 801's old charger... its super ghetto help together with super glue.. tape and a paperclip.. but is charging. parked is sending me a new one.. anybody else with this problem?

I was kind of in the same boat, I started out with a Janty Mini Fogger, couldn't really handle topping off and refilling my carts so often, bought a Janty Stick and have been very impressed. As many have said the throat hit seems to be a bit on the weak side, but there is really good vapor production, and the best part about the janty stick, is well, everything. You can go to JantyUSA section on the forums and read about some of the issues that people have had, but I think they are a large minority as most of us have had no issues with ours.

The battery life is long, I had a heavy night of vaping and got almost 5 hours out of mine. I am torn on whether or not I really like the 801 carts, they've been a bit of a pain to deal with (carts remaining half full before needing to top off again), mods are a bit of a trick to work with on the cart due to its shape. I understand there are adapters that will allow you to use some different atomizers with the device, but I've yet to buy any. I'm still hoping this massive 801 cart will succeed in the end :p

The LED is great, the automatic cut off at 12 seconds is MORE than enough time to get a great hit of vapor. And even then you can keep it going, just release the button and repress it :D

The thing that really sold me was it is an all-in-one device that has cheap batteries. I use mine on passthrough while I'm at home, and just vape on battery while at work. I've never had to change the battery once while I've been at work, it just lasts. If you already have a 510, I hear there is an adapter for the stick to allow those atomizers to work, you may want to look into getting one, just in case you don't like the 801 carts.

IMO, everything else about the product is great. Their customer service rocks, good warranty, I think you have good reason to be excited :)

Im sold- im ordering one today. Thank you all for your input! I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to e-cigs, and Janty seems to be better quality that my NJOY kit and the 510 kits I have. Ultimately, I will end up buying another classic kissbox set- I already have 1 set with the usb passthrough- and I'll have the Stick by then, so i will have a nice little e-cig set-up. I have a weakness and it buying e-cig kits. Now all I need to find is my go-to jucie company and stock up on that and I'll be good to go.

Thank You all, you've got me sold on the stick.

1 more thing- do they seem to break down alot?!?
