I think my last post got lost so I will post this again. Is the Janty stick and the Janty Dura-C orders the same. I keep getting info about the stick but nothing on the Dura-C. I am getting quite fustrated in trying to get a straight answer. I will be soon canceling my order if the shipment for the Janty Dura-C is not straighten out.

Dura-C may ship out june 4th. Then again they may ship out later than that. Nobody really knows till they are actually shipped.
I think the atomizer chamber is still sealed. If you look down, you can see the LED lighting up a piece of plastic covering it, not the LED or circuitry itself.
As for packaging, it would've been really nice. But then again, I would've thrown it away anyways. I see it as Janty inadvertently being more eco-friendly

Actually I was wondering the same thing so I took another look into the atomizer hole and mine definitely is not sealed. If you hold the stick with the atomizer hole on the right side, take a look inside and you'll see that the bottom left and bottom right is opened directly to the led.
Same here, 3 801's from MVS and stick should be arriving tomorrow. I don't have carts either so I hope they include them, or else I'll have to drip and after hearing about the non-sealed body this is worrying me.
Sounds to me like janty was not fully prepared for this janty sticks.....they should have all of the packages ready to go. when they got in. they knew these things were coming in months ago and for them no to be ready sounds like they were lacking in motivation and drive to give complete satisfaction to there customers. I dont care if they were in a hurry to get them out. They should of had what they promised to there customers in stock and ready to ship once the sticks were in. Its like you buying a car and you can afford a BMW....you go and pay for it but when the driver pulls up to hand you the keys all there is a 1998 Honda civic. ???How would you feel???? You think your getting one thing but are completely ripped off. This is poor business ethics on any level of service....dont ask me ask the guy who just go ripped off on how he feels.
Mine isn't even shipping yet...but I have 12 KBC atty's waiting for it.
They're all used though, so not sure how well they will work.

Did you not see the post that they didn't HAVE all the parts...I imagine that held things up all the way down the line.
I just wish they hadn't "Lost" my order. HOW did that happen. All's well that ends well.
I was just thinking the same thing.... Why was there no word from our trusty reviewers? Maybe they got the good sticks?!
DietSmokes.com sells it also, but they're out of stock right now too. I did see something about Dura being available on or about the 4th June, from Janty. I think it's a stocking problem. You'll be ok soon! I remember when I got my 801 a couple months ago, EVERYONE was out of those too, then you couldn't get atomizers, or batteries, it was nuts!....so guess all models go through a high and low, like the 510's, etc/...BUT: I will NEVER again buy on a PRE-SALE,IT IS JUST TOOOOOOOO STRESSSSSFUL

review sets have been sent to reviewers on this forum regardless of who they are or who they work for, the first 10 that mailed in reaction to our initial post asking for reviewers, got the review sticks.

the opening between the atomizer and the stick body is normal. The atomizer screws onto a sealed screw inside the body of the stick!

Even if liquid would get through, it does not affect the functioning of the manual stick. We dropped a manual stick in a glass filled with liquid, that stick is still working today!

Ludo, my statement was not a slam against suppliers as much as I am concerned that reviewers may be afraid to give a negative review for fear they may be removed from the freebie list?
While I have not watched every review, I have seen a number of them and I cannot recall ever seeing a negative review..........
My order# is 4583. Has it shipped or when is it shipping? Just reading all these anxious posts makes me impatient, and i really wasnt to begin with. Please mod just tell me mine isnt lost cause i have seen the numbers below and above mine, and skip #4583. I wish i could call so i could get an answer on the other end.
We have never promised reviewers any freebies or whatsoever and we have never asked them to do positive reviews, we don't even know most of these reviewers, we just sent out the review sets to the first 10 people that answered our public call for reviewers. whenever I see a review, I discover it on Youtube when it has already been posted, no one send us his reviews for approval.
Janty has been too long in the game to do such things you are suggesting.
You wanna do a review, go ahead, I am not telling you how to do your review or what you should say in your review. If you are not happy with the device just let everyone know and explain why you do not like it.
We learn from feedback, Janty was born within the esmoking community in Holland 3 years ago, that is our roots. Our mission is to develop and to design the best and most beautiful possible devices and we are here to stay.
We are not some kind of opportunistic supplier trying to make a quick buck.

I don't think Elendil made any of the accusations you just defended yourself from.
Thats not what I read. I think his comments were simply directed at the reliability of the reviewers (who seem to review everything positively).
