Hotmail's slow but not that slow. Just sent an email from my corp account. It took 5 minutes to receive it. No confirmation in the junk mail either

Could someone who has received shipping confirmation please check your order status at Janty website and see if it says SHIPPED or PROCESSING.
I have orders #4375 and #4395 and have not received shipping confirmation on either. And I notice that a lot of you have higher order numbers than I do.(So technically I should have received my confirmation)

Fittech--Unless there's been a change in the system in the last several weeks, Janty's website shows ALL orders as "processing," even if they've been sent out months earlier.

How can I tell if my payment was associated with my order? The status shows (processing). I e-maild them two weeks ago to confirm that payment was properly associated, but have not received a reply.

When I sent the paypal payment all i put in the body of the e-mail was the order number with no other text and i left the subject paypals default. That is how the instructions seemed to indicate that I needed to do it, but since i did not see a status change i became a little paranoid.

I did the exact same thing on the paypal payment J. I don't recall getting any kind of response that they had received payment. My status on their system still shows processing even though I got my shipping notice today at 1:00 pm. Hopefully you will get yours today also.

You need to bone up on your definitions. If anything I am an anti-troll. You can tell because the people I get into heated disagreements with are complete trolls who are often blinded by fanboyism.

In the case of Ludo, I let my own anger and disappointment get the better of me. I saw my orders taking longer and longer to get but ignored my good judgment and continued to patronize his business simply because I did not want to pay double the price for something I view as an equal product. I should have heeded the warning signs and stopped doing business with Janty before I ordered a Stick but I screwed up.

I have learned my lesson and will be sure not to make the same mistake again.

Besides, since Texas is now further away from New York than China is I will opt for the more local option of China in the future.

I am sorry, but with the exception of this post, all of my posts have contained commentary on topic. The consistent flow of off topic posts that are ONLY intended to be inflammatory have been coming from the people that can't handle the bluntness of the truth I have been saying.
