I got a cartridge box labeled "5pcs plastic caps accessories". What do I use them for?
I opened one, took the cap off the tip, and there's some type of liquid in the cart. It's like a cart, but with a rubber cover over the top of it.
Any ideas guys?

You can use the pre-filled carts you're talking about or drip into the atomizer with bottled e-liquid
No, it don't have cotton like the other carts. it has just liquid type stuff in it.
I have been using the 10440s for about 9 months in my bling and find they die pretty rapid but recently bought some that are taking longer to charge but for now are lasting longer. All i know is they cost double over here in the uk and are grey in colour !

I've always had a great experience with Janty. Always fast. I live in Utah and I usually get my orders between 2-3 days after they ship it. I generally get a shipping notice same day or the day after I order. Absolutely awesome customer service as well. I don't know what I would do without them sometimes. Jeff is VERY easy to deal with as well. I've spoken to Ludo on several occasions as well and he's always very friendly and very helpful. 
Two orders from Janty USA so far, and both got to my house in 2 days from the day of delivery. Orders placed early in the morning get shipped same day, later in the day seem to go the following day, I suspect it has to do with their volume of orders.

Seriously? That's funny! I got a box of 5 carts with my latest V2 purchase (RY4, don't like it), but one of the carts just had a tip in the cover, no interior cartridge at all.
Looks like quality is not Job 1 at where ever these things are coming from.
Hi, I just received a battery wall charger for my Stick. I noticed when charging a battery that the light on the charger never goes out or changes color to indicate a full charge. Is that normal and do I have to worry about over charging.
Big - let me know how you make out after a few days, weeks. Mine start out OK, but seem to lose their ability to hold a significant portion of their charge, or begin to lose their current, after about a week.

This is your first personal vaporizer isn't it? If they don't tell you to send the cartridges back, maybe you can use the liquid to drip or add a filler to the cartridge so you can at least try it. I'm sure you wan't to.

Apparently, that is interchangeable with the ICR10440, which is what comes with the stick. One is slightly (1mm) longer than the other, maybe a slight difference in the maH. I'll have to see if I can get some from that mfr and see if I notice any difference.
Are you using the wall-plug charger or just the usb?
I use the wall one, and have had no trouble. Since June 1st I've thrown out I think four batteries, I should keep better track. But when they get to the point where they only hold a 1-hour charge I throw them, because I don't want to be stuck with a bad one when I have to go out. All of them started out well, but the bad ones will show up eventually. I do not use my usb charger at all, just the wall charger, the little one for cigar batteries. But, this is a far better battery quality that the ones I used with the 801 penstyle, and at $14-18 apiece, that was significant waste.
