Im just about to buy my first stick, but my question is what attys provide the best taste/throat hit, and what carts have the highest capacity (and actually use most of whats in the cart). Ive never used the janty classic so ive got no idea what the default atty/carts are like, i love my 510, but i find the cart capacity is pretty low (0.5ml) even if i can use all the juice.

any suggestions as to what atty/cart combo would work best for me before i purchase one?

I went from a 510 to the Jstick. The 801 atty will work and the cart capacity seems to be double the 510. As to working best, I don't think you can beat the classic atty and carts. Easier draw and great warranty.

I had to get one of my Classic Kissbox atty's replaced, they were out of stock for about a week, but I checked back with Ethan after not receiving it after a bit and he sent me a TAWA (same thing) and made a note on my file to warranty the TAWA for 6 months.

The only issue you will face with the warranty is no stock, otherwise you're good for 6 months.

Thanks all...

RenaissancePuffer: How do you like your new TW 801 after a few days of use? Is it better or worse than your Janty Classic?

Ladyraj: When you say the warranty is rarely needed, are you implying that you typically get six months out of a Janty Classic atty? That sounds almost impossible!

Thanks guys.

I like the Kissbox better, for sure. The wider bridge on the Kissbox/TAWA atty's are a bit more drip friendly. The bridge also doesn't seem to be as far down the atomizer shaft as the TW is, or maybe it's an optical illusion :)

As far as vapor production goes, they both seem to be the same.

That's a good question.......I have never claimed on a warranty because I am too lazy with all the bother of sending the old one back......but my experience with atties makes it very hard to believe that any ever last for as long as six months. I can't help wonder if they rely on people being like me and too lazy to claim. If I had always claimed on the warranty periods I would never had had to buy another atty and I have purchased dozens.

I am thinking the same thing, but I'm surprised that no one really seems to have taken them up on this warranty. If I could get confirmation from someone (especially a Janty representative) that the swap would be painless, quick, and dependable, I'd probably go with my 'buy two, swap one when it conks out' concept. ;-)

I'm still using the atty that came with my stick back in June. I have spares but never needed them. I don't clean them, rinse them, blow them out or anything. I occasionally flood the bridge, so I remove the cart and just use the mouthpiece until it dries out somewhat. If I get buildup on the coil, I burn it off using battery power. If this one dies, I'll probably let Janty off the hook for the warranty. If I get 2 or three months for 18 bucks (or half that for the TAWAs), I'm good. Way less than analogs, no matter how much you smoked.

I loved my 510, was blown away by the Janty classic atomizer and the stick. As others have mentioned, the cart capacity is huge, I really like the draw, and it seems to me that flavors come through better. The 510 adapter didnt work at all for me, I get better vapor with a 510 atty on a two-drags-away-from-dead 510 battery. I always had the round carts and didnt think Id like the whistle tips that come with the classic atomizer. Ive found I really prefer them now.

801 carts are just the biggest and hold the most.

I'm currently alternating my 801 and 901 on my JS - like the 801 easy draw and large cart while the 901 has the warmer vapor and flavor.

Like many have said, it's a personal preference. Start with the 801 that comes with the stick and feel your way from there.

I find I'm topping off all the time regardless of cart; just the nature of the beast :)
