I just placed my order yesterday morning and I have a couple of q's to ask you JS owners

first dose the classic carts that comes with the JS refillable ?

second my order state is confirmed is that mean that it ready to ship or still waiting processing

last but not least what is the best atty to go with the JS that can handle the heat and gives a good vape ?

Welcome to the Janty Stick owners world. I'll try to answer your queries and offer my opinion:

I refill my carts as needed but I discard them after if the filler gets fuzzy or the taste is funny.

If your order is confirmed I can assume you received an email receipt. You may get an update notice when your order id shipped with a tracking number. Watch your spam filter just in case.

I prefer the classic atty that is shipped with the Janty Stick it is a good performer and reliable.

Good luck and happy vaping!:D

Thanks a lot ladyraj !!

but do you refill the original carts that came with the JS ? or else ?

Remember Bosneeda, that is a cap not a cart that comes on the atomizer when shipped. A cart has a white body and usually has a white "filler" that looks similar to batting, this acts like a wick, and holds liquid. You can buy some juice and refill the filler so that it is always moist. Some peeps take the batting out and clean it in water, dry it with a paper towel really well, put it back into the cart and refill it with more juice. I think there are some videos that Igetcha did on this subject. Look in the newbie section. It is always nice to have a few extra carts around (and atty's for that matter!)

Like Ladyraj, I also prefer the classic atty this is also known else where as an 801, or penstyle type. It seems to hold more liquid and lasts a little longer, for me anyway. I did buy the dura adaptor and some dura atty's and it didn't seem to do much for me. Ladyraj offered some tips but I havent had the time to fool with it.

Hey Jerri

Im happy to see youve received it and that youre happy about it! =)

A word of advice;

I use mine alot, so i make sure i have a car charger ready, and i always have an extra battery + a few carts lying around in the car as well. Its such a simple thing, but its always good to just leave those things there, cause you _will_ find yourself in a situation where you either have a charged stick but no liquid, or liquid, but not a charged stick. :)

Other than that, it sounds like youre set. The only other thing i can think of "warning" you about is what people already said - and then also, dont leave it in the sun; The button has been known to unglue if its in direct harsh sunlight for an extended period of time. (but really harsh sunlight, for a looong time.. dont worry =)

You also mentioned that you dont see why people drip: I find that by dripping i can somewhat control how much i smoke on it. 2-3-4 drops, and then give it a rest when ive smoked that done. Where as, if i use a cart i can smoke the equivalent of maybe 8-10 drops before i have to re-drip / change carts. This way it kinda feels like a cigarette you know ? ;)

Good luck!

Hey Jerri

The big problem / issue right now is that we are trying to globalise all of Janty's business sort of. This means that alot of stuff is not working as it should be, and theres some confusion in places there shouldnt be and so on!

Usually Janty, to most people here i believe, means good customer service - so if you experience something thats not just that, you are probably and hopefully getting the odd one out treatment because of what i wrote above!

I heard you did get your stick btw - and that you like it, so in the end i guess it turned out well =D Just thought id ring in with a bit of info from our PoV!

Nothing cryptic about it, I transfer money into paypal last week.

A pm on these forums, yeah i could have sent one, but a trouble ticket from janty website I could not fill it out at all. The help button on the janty site forces you once again to join the "club".

Now are you guys saying paypal is refusing to do business with janty?

Did paypal drop you?

1) Nobody should ever transfer money INTO paypal. Thats where 98% of the paypal problems begin. Have it collect directly from your card
2) You are constantly raving about how bad our website is allthough:

* we have announced several places we are in the middle of re-constructing it
* we are asking for user input, both good and bad, yet you only post bad
* everytime you have posted, even though *ALL* of your posts have been negative, you have received an answer within some 20-30 minutes, on the forum from someone at janty, trying to help you, trying to explain yet you still rant on, unforgivingly.

So what IS your agenda exactly? Can we help you with anything, or do you just want to be negative? I mean either way is okay, we are still here to help; I just think its a good idea if you maybe realise that alot of people are working on this, and that you wont find any other e-cigarette company at the moment who will deliver this kind of customer service; answering you, explaining, trying to make things work with these low response times.

If you really have only been smoking for 3 weeks or so, then you will quickly realise that the service we are providing here, now, and will always provide is top of the line compared to so many other companies; so maybe you need to gear a bit down when youre complaining - it doesnt help to rant or only be negative. And we *are* trying to help you. :)

Now are you guys saying paypal is refusing to do business with janty?

Did paypal drop you?

No, what Jeff said is that paypal dropped ALOT of e-cigarette companies online. We were one of them.

Hey guys.

So weve updated quite a bit;

We have put all liquid information online
We have put all user manuals online
We have a ton of news on the frontpage, being updated daily
We now have a twitter function that will show Twitters from people working at Janty about this and that - often related to what were doing business wise, and the occasional oddball comment thats non business related
We have added a new shipping option(s)
We have removed some items to make it look cleaner
We have a new banner showing various pictures from parties + products; this banner will be clickable and lead to the individual products/galleries once its fully done

And so on and so forth!

So - what do you think of it? We hope you like it ofcourse, as we are trying to make it a bit more lively.

under links you have Janty Distributors.. I expected to find links to other Janty Distributorships throughout the world, but found instructions on how to become a Distributor.

Are there plans to link to others, or is it just for USA?

Hey

There are plans to link to them, and expand on that note. But as for right now we have to keep to the core stuff, - things we want to work for the new global site, - once thats all running it shouldnt take long to set everything else up step by step. ;)

You gotta remember ( and this is not denying or confirming anything by the way ) that being "first out of the gate" isnt always being the best.

Sure, you can push some units by having something new, but if that "new" isnt well thought out and well executed, then you might sell some units, but you wont have repeat business.

And until the auto-juice system is being invented, heres a small DIY trick for you:

Remember the vest Rambo had with the bullets? Fashion one, equip bottles = problem solved. And as an added bonus, noone on the street will stop you and ask you for what time it is, or bother you in general. ;)

that's why i'm hoping it's a Janty! ;)

well my Rambo vest is currently fit out with 10mm (that way they *know* what time it is ) but might could sacrifice a few loops for the spare juice bottles :hubba:.

Thanks a lot ladyraj !!

Refilling carts is not the only way to go with the JS. Alot of people save carts for going out in public, but when at home, they simply remove the filling in the cart, and then drip 2-3 drops directly onto the atomizer, and smoke until its not good anymore. This provides a cleaner, bigger hit - and is much less hassle in my opinion, for when vaping at home. :)

If your atomizer at some point doesnt produce vapor, youve either a) run out of battery or b) put in too much juice

If b) simply unscrew atomizer, and blow in it onto a piece of towel/paper, and then try again!

Good luck =D
